Buena atención y tranquilidad

Todo perfecto, salvo algunos insectos que se hicieron presentes en la cocina y el baño. Nada de qué preocuparse, pero sí de ponerle atención. Lugar excelente para descansar en tranquilidad. La playa es un pedazo del paraíso. Simplemente espectacular…

we have stayed twice before , this time , we rented a villa everything about the place is great . only problem this time was that we only got hot showers twice in 4 days , for the price , it is not acceptable!! also the level of the restaurant , is not up to par , compared to a few locations we have been to , they should really look into upgraded the cooking!! but aside from that we love the place ! we are lucky enough to be chefs , and know where to go buy fresh seafood locally , and we make ourself at home , with our cooking and wine drinking!!

Wir haben eine Villa mit zwei Zimmern gebucht. Das Beste am Hotel ist die Unterkunft, die traumhafte Lage, der wunderschöne Strand und natürlich das Meer. In den zwei Restaurants (Eins davon war geschlossen) kann man kaum essen, da sich die Karte nicht ändert und die Preise völlig überteuert sind. Deshalb muss man ein Auto haben und sich in der Umgebung (Las Terrenas) selbst versorgen – was wir auch taten. Das fanden wir sogar gut, weil wir dadurch unsere eigenen Ausflüge unternahmen und so das Land und die Leute besser kennenlernen konnten. Wer jedoch ein typisches Hotel erwartet, wird enttäuscht sein.

Amazing stay

Sublime looking and breath taking is the location. I have been here numerous times and my family and I are always impress with everything. The beach is breath taking, crystal clear water and white sand. Numerous water activities available. I highly recommend this place.

Although it’s advertised as a hotel, it’s actually a condominium where individual owners rent out or sell their apartments. This completely changes the experience, as there’s no real hotel service or consistent hospitality. At the beach club, property owners have special privileges, and the staff makes that very clear — you definitely feel like a second-class guest. I wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting the comfort and standards of a proper hotel.

Very calm environment with a great staff and very good food

The beach area was nice and clean. The ocean view from the resort is breathtaking. The pool looked dirty and the tile around the pool had black mold all around. The room that I stayed was outdated, the furniture looked bad and the bed was uncomfortable and smelled like mildew. On the last day of our stay the resort ran out running water while I was in the middle of a shower I was offered gallon of water to finished my shower and rinse my hair out. Also no running water to flush the toilets. When I called the receptionist, I was informed that the issues with the water was going to be resolve in 1hr, I left the resort 2hrs latter and still no running water. There was only one restaurant open during my stay there. The food prices were outrageous and not many choices to chose from. This property is not a 5 star hotel like it is advertised, more like 3 stars.

Staff is great and very responsive. The food menus could be improved and include more Dominican dishes.
