このホテルの位置が分かりにくく探しあてるのに苦労した。宿泊棟はレストランを経営する本館とは離れた裏庭にあり、鍵を渡されて後は没交渉。それだけに気楽だった。なお海峡が近く、カモメやその他の鳥が多く、空中に綿毛のような羽毛が漂い、ドアを空けると部屋に流れ込み、車も糞だらけになった。ホテルのせいではないが当地をおとずれる人は要注意です。ホテルの食事は良かったです。

スタッフがとってもフレンドリーで暖かな雰囲気。朝食もとっても美味しかった。 建物が古く部屋も特別にきれいとはいえない。別館が新しそうだったのでそちらは新しくもっと快適なのかなと思った。 タクシーを使えば駅から５分かからないが、中心地からは少し離れている。 車を利用しての旅行者には良いと思う。

Excellent service and it’s a pet friendly place.

Room wes very clean and bed really comfortable. Lovely staff, all very cheery and really helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and even had our evening meals there. It is a very pet friendly hotel, it was nice to meet some new friends . On the whole we loved this hotel and would highly recommend a stay.

A lovely places to stay in prime location for Rye and Camber. The room was well laid out, clean and the bed extra comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant/bar had a great ambiance. The staff were so helpful. The only let down was that the shower was scalding and could not be turned down, meaning neither of us could was our hair or shower properly.

5 stars goes to the staff at The Kings Head, they were all so kind, friendly and helpful. The food was also fab, good choices and the breakfast was great.

Superb stay and staff !!

Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food in the restaurant. Good choice of breakfasts. Room was rather small with no wardrobe or dressing table but was OK for a couple of nights. There were some wicker drawers but these were dusty inside. Only one bedside table with drawers. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits provided in the room and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom clean snd adequate. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Had a fabulous long weekend at the Kings Head. Stayed in one of the lodges which was lovely. Decor was seaside inspired so added to the holiday feel. Food was fantastic and staff couldn’t have been friendlier and more welcoming. Will definitively stay again!!!

We stopped in the ruby room, nice & spacious, comfy bed. Our room faced the road which wasn’t a problem with noise on a bank holiday weekend. Really enjoyed breakfast & the Easter eggs!

Lovely staff and a great meal. We stayed in a room above the pub itself and the mattress and shower could do with an update, but overall we had a great stay.

The stay at The Kings Head Inn was very pleasant. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable with an on-sight parking and located within an easy walking distance to town centre. The service was excellent and the food phenomenal. I would recommend it to anyone.

Nice friendly welcome. First impression of the room was not great, but we grew into it and were happy. Very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit cold and had some dead insects on the floor. Shower was excellent; very powerful and hot! Food was excellent; good value and very well cooked and presented. The full English breakfast was superb!
