入り口がわかりにくく、チェックインの際人が来るまで少し待たないといけなくて、不安になった。ただ、観光地までや、電車など立地は便利が良かった。3泊したが、一度も清掃はなく、トイレットペーパーが途中で切れてしまった。広くてキッチンもあり、近くのスーパーで買い物して、調理できたので良かった

The check-in code never arrived, so we had to contact the reception. Reaching the reception was a bit complicated, as it was locked. The Wi-Fi connection was weak and didn’t work properly. On the positive side, the price was reasonable and the neighborhood was quiet. The apartment, however, could have been cleaner—there was some old water left in the pot.

We had a very good time. Enough rooms for 3 people and close to Encants metro station and also walkable distance to many touristy spots. 1 bad thing we found was sometimes we saw dust somewhere on the floor or under the sofa or beds. We happened to meet the concierge inside the building and no problem with checking-in. We thank his support!

The assigned room was nice. I stayed at 5th floor. A minor issue was low wifi signal. I cannot use wifi at bed room and dining room.

チェックイン時は一人で画面操作をしてキーカードをもらう仕組みのため、少し戸惑いましたが、スタッフが常に滞在しているので、困った時は出てきてくれました。 WiFiの繋がりは、部屋の位置によって弱いです。 サグラダファミリアまでは徒歩でも行けますが、地下鉄で一駅なので、こちらを使うと便利でした。 キッチンがあり、自炊ができて楽しかったです。部屋が広く、実際にその街に住んでいる気分になれました。

Todo ha estado bien. La ubicación es excelente. Solo las tazas de cafe no sirven para el microondas y deberían dejar un repasador en la cocina.

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment we had was facing the inner yard, and was quiet, clean and spacious. Check-in went fine with the machine when we followed the instuctions. Staff was helpful and we could reach help by phone 24/7.

Clean, modern, in great condition. Excellent location. Lots of space.

Really great apartment hotel! It was in a great location close to everything! Having a kitchen was a budget saver! There are lots of food options around as well as a supermarket!

As other reviews have shared, the check-in process can be annoying. The sign posted outside is that if you arrive before check-in time at 1pm, you can call reception or a phone number for luggage storage with the concierge. We were unable to get a hold of anybody at reception, and we noticed other guests outside with their luggage as well. Once we did get checked-in and access to our room, the stay was great. It was a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living area, and fully furnished kitchen. The kitchen was great, as we had a fridge, microwave, and stove for serving and reheating takeaway. The window blinds can completely blackout, which was great for sleeping when our young child was recovering from jetlag. The location is convenient to multiple metro stops, and within walking distance to Sagrada Familia, Parc de les Glories, and Eixample. It is not a hotel in the traditional sense with 24-hour front desk, toiletries, restaurant or amenities, but if you are looking for a good homeaway for your stay in Barcelona, it is very hard to beat this value.

Muy buena atención del muchacho uruguayo que nos recibió. Alojamiento aceptable, limpio, tranquilo, bien equipado, bien ubicado. Estuve 5 noches a mediados de marzo. Cosas en contra: 1) El equipo de climatización no funcionaba bien. Lo apagábamos y seguía tirando aire caliente. 2) Los colchones no eran cómodos. 3) El piso de la ducha estaba roto. Estuve en el apartamento 4°1 de Independencia 287.

The apartment was wonderful and the check in process went really well, internet was good. The only negative was the listing stated there was laundry facilities which I was counting on and there wasn’t any. The listing should be changed.

We would stay again! Also, a great bakery around the corner and restaurants nearby.

A few blocks away from Sagrada Família… lots of shops around the area, easy to flag taxis around, close to public transport too. My issue is the cleanliness. We waited downstairs because they were still cleaning the unit when we arrived, but when we got to the room, the restroom wasn’t cleaned properly, we had to redo it by using Lysol wipes everywhere. We stayed for 4 days, but only 4 small and very thin towels were provided for 4 people throughout the stay.

Apartamento espaçoso para duas pessoas. Cozinha com estrutura (fogão, microondas, lava louça, geladeira grande, utensílios) para preparar refeições. Varanda com mesa e duas cadeiras. Supermercados e cafés próximos. Metrô a menos de 5 minutos a pé. Alguns restaurantes próximos, mas não do tipo de comida que nos agradava.

Clean and quiet we did appreciate the location

Some spots needed to be cleaned (microwave, stove) Check-in is only with a machinesimilar to an ATM. I saw people having issues often and the person who helps is only available certain times of the day. If available 24h i think it would help make people feel better and safer that they can access their apt. Apt was bigger than i expected. No dishwasher no washer machine though. Not super centric but Barcelona has great public transportation. Overall good stay. It depends on price that i would return.

Room was fine. It needs a deep cleaning - soap scum built up in the bathroom, but nothing crazy. Linens and towels were clean. Kitchen supplies such as frying pans were in bad shape and should be replaced. Lacked a few basics. Overall fine for the price.
