+Perfect location for vacation in Bournemouth :The hotel is located near the beach and the center of town. +All staffs I met were friendly and kind. +Breakfast was very tasty. +I couldn't use hot shower and hair dryer.

到着したした際に駐車場がどこにあるかわからなかったが、ホテルに裏に有りとても便利であった。シングルルームに宿泊したが、大きなスーツケースを広げるには少し狭い部屋だった。バスルームはシャワーの水圧が快適だった。朝食の際はスタッフがとてもフレンドリーで良かった。

１月でも室内が温かい。　 温水の出がよかった。　 清潔感のあるホテルでした。　 受付のスタッフが荷物の預かり を1度はダメでしたが2回目では、受け付けてくれて助かりました。

What a beautiful place, gorgeous rooms, friendly staff who go the extra mile for every guest and take care of you like a family member, the lovely bar and dining place to unwind as well as the professional chef at the restaurant. Don’t forget the pool, spa & sauna which are well maintained and clean. No matter if you are there for a family trip like us or a business trip, rest assured you are in good hands.

Our double room was no more than 8 feet wide with only one window that opened no more than 6 inches. Our room was overwhelmingly hot. It was the worst room I have had in all my years of adult holidaying. I was unable to sleep longer than 4 hours each day over the 4 days we were there. The fan that was provided was a help but in a room so small the noise from it prevented me from being able to relax. The positives. It was clean, the bathroom was a decent size and came with a good size shower tray and good shower. The bar staff though sometimes absent were close by and were helpful, polite and obliging. Our room was a big disappointment and certainly not good value for money. If this is a typical example of room size I would not stay there again.

It was our wedding anniversary and, although notified in advance, there was nothing not even a note.only 2 sachets of coffee

I booked the hotel for my brother and his family, I was really impressed and delighted I booked the hotel Collingwood, the staff were lovely and friendly, it was relaxing and a delight to visit the hotel

Had an issue with my child’s breakfast. That got a lame excuse but after what was going to turn into a heated conversation breakfast cost for children was refunded. Otherwise it’s a decent hotel in a good location. There are some bits that need attention e.g. door handles in room were coming off, fan was not sufficient to cool room. But we had a good time irrespective of these things

The room was a basic room but what was pretty spacious. The shower was very powerful and hot. You can open the windows for fresh air and had Blackout blinds which were decent. The pool was a nice extra for free Along with the sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast was very nice. The waitress will take your order from the menu and you can have cereal, toast and fruit while you wait. Staff are all very polite and helpful. The car park was £12.50 per day . I would definitely stay here again

The hotel was OK. The restaurant staff were amazing except for thing J can complain about. I booked dinner for the cold room and asked for a birthday song and small cake type of thing.. The staff called me before J even travelled and told me theh don't do it m. Onyy to my surprise I found out that they actually do it coz someone had their birthday sunv for and had a cake etc when I asked the waiter. I was told I should have booked in advance.... Hello I did and got a call and a as told chef doesn't do that... At l ew last the waiter was nice enough to spruce somwthing up not to what I actually wanted to make my partners 40th memorable. I guess it is what it is. Next time your restaurant should be aware of what is going on and not give false information.

My kids love the pool so we’ll definitely be back. The restaurant and bar staff were fab! Reception a little hit and miss…

One of our two rooms smelled like smoke when we arrived. When I asked to change rooms, the manager recommended I book a room elsewhere and offered to refund the hotel rooms. Problem with that being hotel rooms cost more when you try to book them the same day! The hotel manager’s solution would have cost me a couple hundred more. The other solution was to put a fan and aircon unit in the room, which didn’t work. The room smelled like smoke for the duration of our stay. If I was the manager, I would have not allowed customers to stay in a room like that.

Awful rooms but staff are lovely, no AC so don’t take your dog in summer!

Super friendly staff at Reception & in the bar. Lovely clean room & bathroom with lovely shower. Breakfast choice was lovely too with traditional options alongside sourdough toast options was lovely

Excellent location, fantastic staff however as it's and old building floors creek, was very noisey. I wouldn't return as I prefer more Modern hotel, bed small, could hardly move in bathroom and tv in a ridiculous location. Breakfast average, pool small. Was very clean.

Lovely 1 night stay, we stayed in the cosy room which was decorated very nice and plenty of room for us 2 comfy bed good shower. I used the swimming pool and jacuzzi and steam room very relaxing and we had a few drinks at the bar in the evening reasonably priced enjoyable stay thank you

Nice Hotel in good location. Pool, sauna and jacuzzi nice addition. Excellent cooked breakfast. Would recommend coming here.

Hotel overall was good, nicely decorated, great breakfast. My room was disappointing - very small and not very warm. TV didn’t work properly. Apparently room 218 is one of the smaller ones in the hotel. The rooms of others in my party were fine.
