部屋も広く、対応も常に笑顔。 朝ごはんは日本食もあり日本人にも快適。 満足でした！

2回目の宿泊をしました。 TV Japan が見れる事、近隣にレストランがある為ここに選びました。 Hotels.com に一言、住所が間違ってます！！ メールできた住所では、実ホテルから約10分走ります。

We loved our stay here. The room was extremely comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Hampton inn is usually great but this was not a great experience. At check-in the desk staff was friendly but did not know how to handle my prepaid reservation from Expedia and tried to charge me for the room until I showed my receipt then they had to get a supervisor involved. The a/c unit was too close to thermostat so the room never really cooled off - a poor design and bad situation considering how humid it was outside. The next morning there was no coffee. This property needs to get it together.

It is very clean and the staff was very energetic and friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was newly renovated. The suite we stayed in was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good. The pool room had plenty of towels and it was clean. Also, the pool closes at 11 pm, which is a reasonable time. Overall, I would recommend that hotel. I would definitely book again.

The front desk employee was not friendly at all when we checked in. I booked 2 rooms. 1 was a king and the other was supposed to be 2 queens. We got 2 kings instead. We had to sleep 2 kids and 2 adults in 1 bed...not fun. Breakfast was not good

Under construction. Elevator didn’t work and all the guests were put on the same floor. Doors slamming all night. Tv didn’t work

Everything was great. Hotel was under construction but the staff was very friendly.

Worst hotel experience ever. Hotel renovation while we were there - minimal parking due to construction containers. Workers entered room and removed curtains while we were out. Smoke detector covered up for days.

We loved this place

This has just been renovated and is like new...and all of my above stars are true...but, when I left after first night to go to MSU for graduation, upon my return that next evening I found my room just like I left it...it was not touched by maid service...the desk clerk said I did not tell them to refresh it because they only clean every other day unless they are told otherwise...I said how was I supposed to know that and they said well you know now for next time....and my electronic key did not work since the system didn't know I was there two nights...so while my handicapped wife is waiting at our room door on the third floor I had to get a new key, be taken to the linen room for fresh towels, liners for the trash cans and return to let my wife in our room and refresh our room myself, less changing bedding. The night shift clerk said I should have been asked if I wanted my room cleaned and refreshed with no assumptions being made that I was aware of such. It happened that way and should not have...other than that everything was great as I indicated by my five star rating for every category...and I am a Hilton Honors Club member

Everything was great except parking. I’m assuming because they are doing renovations that’s why it is limited. I had to park at the hotel next door and walk across.
