総合評価とレビュー Hilton Garden Inn Santiago Airport

トランジットで宿泊するにはもったいないホテルです（悪い意味でなく）。 サンティアゴ国際空港到着後、ホテルと提携しているＴＲＡＮＳＶＩＰ社のカウンターでホテル名を申し出ると、２枚のレシートを渡されます。空港の外に待機しているバンに乗り、１枚はドライバーに、もう１枚はホテルのフロントに提出します。翌日の空港行きは前日までにフロントに依頼すれば空港まで送ってくれます。

空港からホテルまでは、国内線、国際線ともに到着口にあるTRANSVIPのカウンターで、ホテルの名前を言えば、TRANSVIPの乗合タクシーがホテルまで無料で連れて行ってくれます。 ホテルから空港へは、朝5時から15時までの間、1時間おきにホテルの無料シャトルバスが出ています。 ホテルの設備はとても綺麗で、快適に滞在できました。

ストップオーバーで利用しました。 設備は整っているし、宿泊に関しては問題ないと思います。 ツーリストの利用者があまりないようで、ツアーデスクやコンシェルジュサービスがありません。 フライトが深夜だったので、午後は観光したかったのですが、そのあたりの情報には精通していないようです。

空港からのバスを探すのが難しいかったが、非常にいいホテルでした バスは空港ゲート3近辺のTransvipでホテル予約を告げるとチケット貰えます

空港からのシャトルバスは無料ですが、カウンターでパスポートを提示しての受付が必要です。カウンターはとても分かり辛いところにあるので、初めてだと見つけるのがとても大変です。私は2度乗り継ぎで、ホテルを2度利用しましたが、1回目の時は数回聞いてやっと場所が分かり受付出来ました。ホテルは荒地の中にあり周りには何もありません。フロントのスタッフはとても親切です。レストランから夕食としてクラブハウスサンドをテイクアウトして部屋で食べましたがとても美味しかったです。朝食も美味しいです。ホテルは新しいようで部屋などすべて快適にすごせました。お勧めのホテルです。

空港からの利便性がよく予約をしました。空港からタクシーを使って約５分の距離にあります。時間帯にもよりますが，１０００円～２０００円でホテルまで着くことができます。チェックインやチェックアウトも大変スムーズに行ってもらえます。レストランも併設されているので，外へ出なくても食事を行うことができます。家族４人で泊まるには，十分なホテルです。寝心地の良いベッド，浴槽の深いお風呂とシャワー，飲める水のサービス，プールやサウナ等の施設，大変良かったです。空港職員のストライキがあり予定になかった追加の１泊もすぐに対応してくれました。英語・スペイン語でスタッフは親切に対応してくれます。おすすめのホテルです。

レストランのランチビュッフェは、高いが美味しかった。空港から少し離れる。

The amenities and outside place for relaxation are amazing

Hotel is in wonderful condition! Rooms sound proof ! Beds sleep well ! Love the gym and swimming area ! Breakfast is delicious and has a good atmosphere for options! Food at the restaurant were well received! Folks that work at the restaurant and check in counter are kind and helpful! Hotel is well equipped and has a lovely garden out back to sit and relax ! Hotel is not far from both city and airport! Well worth the price and location! I will continue to stay here when am in Santiago Chile ! Love it !

Hotel was fine, but the shuttle experience was a bit of a mess.

The wait to check in was far too long. The single staff member at the desk said it was because of computer problems. The biggest problem, however, is the room did not have any towels! None. We called the front desk but they did not answer. I walked to the front desk and was told they would bring some up. After waiting for quite some time I went back to the front desk again and said I'd take the towels up myself but the woman said she would bring them right up. More waiting. I started to the front desk again and ran into the woman getting out of the elevator. We asked several times for a couple extra pillows. They were never delivered.

Close to the airport but had to wait longer for the free airport shuttle. Could have been more options in the dining menu, especially for vegetarians.

This hotel is a crash pad. Room service plates outside the door of three rooms on our floor on arrival, still there on departure 17 hours later. The pool was cloudy. Breakfast is so so. Don't even think of walking anywhere. The place is just gloomy.

Quarto com porta entre quartos. Escutava o som da descarga do outro quarto bem como conversas e risadas. Chuveiro com variação de temperatura. Transporte para aeroporto,check in, check out sempre lotados. Frigobar desabastecido. Restaurante lotado as 22h . Falta de itens no cardápio. Garçons dispersos no atendimento. Não voltarei ao Hilton
