Nice and clean.

フロントでの対応、部屋、朝食全てに満足です。周辺観光ガイドブックもチェックイン時に用意して下さって、とても印象が良かったです。部屋は広く清潔で、ゆったりと過ごす事が出来ました。ホテル周辺には、大型スーパーやレストランも有り、滞在するには不便を感じません。朝食もゆったりと落ち着いて食事が出来て良かったです。

It would have been a perfect stay except that the desk lamp did not work. When I went down to the front desk, the staff member there did not have a bulb but offered to change my room. I asked to have the lamp changed and she said that was not allowed. As it happened I plugged the lamp in to a different outlet and it worked. However, I was disappointed by being stonewalled by the night desk person.

Really, really nice stay at the Hampton Inn. Every single member of the staff that we interacted with was friendly, professional, and actually happy! And the breakfast was terrific! So much better than the average "free buffet"at other hotels!

They charged me the wrong amount did not honour price quoted by Hotels.

Great experience

The remote barely worked. The fridge was not cool enough. The pillows smelled old. And the worst thing is they charged my card twice for the same stay. Now I have to take my time to argue the charges. Very dissapointed, I expected better from this chain

The breakfast was not healthy and food terrible

Riom furniture was fted. Looked like they went through grandma's attic for thrm and the carpets too

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet and safe in Geneseo, NY. Breakfast food options were plentiful. Not much to do in Geneseo but this hotel was in a good proximity to Letchworth State Park where we were going.

Only spent the night but very convenient

I was hoping for some cookies upon check in, like we got at some of the Hampton Inns we stayed at.

Good value. Clean. Good breakfast included.

In general, staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Furniture was old/ damaged (seat torn, couch worn) Housekeeping service was every other day. Beds were not made and towels were not taken. This would be ok, but there was no notification given; most hotels have a notice if they do not change towels daily, or give an option. My family came back to the hotel with a lot of wet towels waiting for us. When I asked for replacement towels, I was given a strict limit of how many I could get (4 when I asked for 5). This left a bad vibe on an otherwise pleasant stay.

We will be returning the stay was great!
