立地が非常に良く、買い物の時は買った荷物を置きに何回も戻れるくらい便利です。また、従業員も親切で満足しております

建物自体は古いですが、きれいにリノベーションされており快適です。バストイレも清潔。ブルガリのアメニティが置いてあります。屋上にはテラスがあり、ジャグジーも設置されていて、頼めば入れるようです。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切。傘を貸してくれたり今日のイベントを教えてくれました。サント・ドミンゴ協会から徒歩3分ほど。立地も最高です。

イタリアをテーマにしているようで、静かで雰囲気のいいホテル。従業員の対応やサービスもとても良かった。朝食も値段に含まれているものだったが、十分だった。きれいに盛られたフルーツや焼きたてマフィン、トーストに手作りジャムなど、温かみのある朝食だった、難点を言うと、部屋についているジェットバスを使用したら、汚れがプカプカ・・・チェックインしてすぐお風呂でゆっくりしたかったのだが、そのせいで掃除の方にすぐ来てもらうことに。トラブル後の対応はすごく迅速・丁寧で、１００点満点だった。写真では部屋は広々見えるが、実際は大して広くない。写真でプールに見えたのは、深さ１５センチ程度、２m四方くらいの花壇のような水溜だった。立地がとても良く、どこに行くにも近く良かった。総合して良かったが、値段がもう少し安かったらリピートしたいと思う。

立地が良く、部屋に広くて深いジャグジーがあるので、旅の疲れを癒すのに最適でした。 部屋の鍵が開と閉で鍵穴が変わるのがわかりにくかったです。 ＴＶのリモコンがボタンが効かなくて不便でした。この２点を除けば最高のホテルでした。 朝食のパンもフルーツジュースも美味しかったです。また是非利用したいです。

A fabulous charming boutique hotel in a great location! It was spotless, safe, inviting, and the staff on hand treated us like old friends. We received warmth, recommendations, and kindness! The daily breakfast was made to order and rivals any one of the best restaurants in town. We loved it !

Our stay at Ébano was wonderful. The hotel is centrally located, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. Most importantly, Charley, Don Carlos, and the rest of the staff were truly exceptional. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, offer thoughtful recommendations, and ensure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. When my friend became ill, their genuine concern was especially touching—they even brought her tea and breakfast to the room. Their kindness made our first trip to Oaxaca truly memorable. I highly recommend staying here and will absolutely choose Ébano again on my next visit to Oaxaca.

The hotel was very comfortable and a short walk from the center of downtown. The staff were the most friendly and helpful with a shout out to Charley, Carlos, Jose and Firez. Breakfast was amazing with good variety.

Ébano by PB is an awesome hotel. The architecture is beautiful with an inner courtyard. Excellent service from the staff, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very tasty; many options from which to choose. My faves were the teas, green juice, oatmeal with berries and scrambled eggs with chorizo ... all served at your table in that lovely courtyard. Our room was spacious, beautiful and the bathroom had a jetted tub and an excellent shower! Nice amenities, very clean and we felt very safe in the hotel and in Oaxaca. It's such a lovely city to visit. We highly recommend this hotel!!!

Las habitaciones muy comodas al igual que las camas, dispone de maquina para hacer café de cápsulas, el baño muy limpio con agua caliente. El desayuno muy rico y la atención del personal muy atenta. Cerca del centro de Oaxaca.
