You never wanted for anything, everything was excellent

If you are thinking of visiting the Atacama desert, this is the place to stay! Hard to describe how wonderful it is - the property is outstanding, the design of the hotel is truly beautiful, the food is fantastic and the staff are all outstanding... Welcoming and knowledgeable, and keen to make your trip unforgettable. The excursions they offer are top class - we booked two private half days through them but we really didn't need to as our other tours were all very small groups. We brought two teenagers and did a range of activities and were truly blow away. Our tour guides were all experienced and engaging and we got to experience so much in just a few days. Finally, special shout out to manager Chris and tour director Pierre who also helped us immediately when my daughter had an allergic reaction as well! Can't say enough about this place - splurge and book it, you won't regret it!

Genuinely the best hotel I've ever stayed at in my entire life. The room was amazing, the facilities were amazing, the food + drinks were amazing, the excursions the hotel arranged were amazing and the staff were all amazing!!!! Definitely recommend

Overall, it was a good experience. However, the quality and variety of the food need significant improvement. There were very limited snack and light meal options throughout the day. The lunch and dinner selections were also disappointing for an all-inclusive resort, with insufficient variety and quality compared to what would be expected from this type of hotel.

Fantástico hotel. O quadro de funcionários é realmente excepcional. Apesar do ser um hotel de valor elevado, deve-se levar em consideração o que está incluído: ttansfer, passeios, estadia all inclusive, recursos humanos extremamente profissional, instalações excelentes. Não há rotina. A não ser que vc queira. As excursões são muito bem organizadas e os guias são muito bem preparados. O diferencial marcante: "staff" primoroso! Vale cada centavo.

O hotel é maravilhoso, o staff incrível e a flexibilidade com passeios e horários são um diferencial. Como sugestão, o restaurante poderia ser melhor, com mais jantares temáticos, maiores variedades no cardápio. O bar é excelente. Com ajuste do restaurante com toda certeza é um dos melhores hotéis.

The entire team went above and beyond to take care of us at every moment. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel truly special. No request was too small – they anticipated our needs and made sure everything was perfect. The tours organized by the hotel were absolutely exceptional. Each excursion was thoughtfully curated, and the guides were not only professional but also deeply knowledgeable and passionate about the region. Thanks to them, we were able to discover the wonders of Atacama in a unique, enriching, and safe way. Todo increible. Cada dia esta incluido a parte de las comidas y bebidas los tours que podrian ser o uno de todo el dia o dos de medio dia en la mañana y tarde. Todo muy organizado y connun servicio excelente.

Staff and our guide Cyna was excellent. Hotel manager Maria made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was cleaned and stocked without any complaints. All in all they were great.

Pasamos tres días increíbles en Tierra Atacama y no podríamos estar más contentos con la experiencia. El hotel tiene una infraestructura excelente, perfectamente integrada con el entorno, y ofrece todas las comodidades que uno espera de un lugar de este nivel. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el servicio fue impecable. Todo el personal —desde los meseros hasta los conductores— fue siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa.
