The 2nd stay has been 3 years. All rooms becomes no smoking room, so we feel very useless. All the team looks like lazy, please keep clean up the table of restaurant. But taste of foods are very good, it makes me confuse.

最寄駅であるHauz Khas駅は、イエローラインとマゼンタラインと乗り換えられる駅です。何番出口か忘れましたが、出口から人通りの比較的多い通りをまっすぐ歩けば着きますので、１泊目にはいいのではないでしょうか。レストランの朝食が特に素敵です。部屋は、テレビの使い方がよくわかりませんが、快適な部類に入ると思います。

外観は非常にオシャレでカッコいいホテルです。 部屋も広く清潔で、快適な滞在ができます。 が、スタッフの態度は最悪で、一切スマイルも親切心もないようです。 特にレストランでは食事中に大声でしゃべったり、朝食の準備をがちゃがちゃしたりして台無しです。 外見は４つ星・サービスはマクドナルドの方がまだましです。 Looks, is very good. Room is very wide, you will stay with comfortable. But all the staff are very cool without smile, they don't know means of "Service" perhaps. Especially in restaurant, they talks each other with loud, and make noise by dishes for ready to breakfast. Looks is 4 star, service is 1 star less like first food shops.

Average stay. Breakfast spread was good. Staff was courteous. It was a very short stay for the night. Overall experience was good.

This is a nice property for the price but is not near any attractions. You have to take a taxi or uber to get to different tourist areas. Hotel is nice and clean but far from the center of the city.

Centre of Delhi, Very good Connectivity, Nearest Metro Hauzkhas. Rooms are ok, Need improvement. Staffs are very good. Small lobby & restaurant. Although I came by CAB but I found limited parking.

Nice hotel although seen better days. Fitness room could do with a complete set of dumbbells plus a foam roller. Hauz Katz is great for running.

Absolutely amazing experience. Location was great. Peaceful and calm. Clean rooms. Excellent and efficient service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! Tasted like home made food.

Checkin was very easy and everyone was pleasant and accommodating.

Pleasant but needs infrastructure upgrades. No hot water, old a/c system, computers were down so I never got an itemized folio when I checked out and paid and staff never sent it later despite assuring me they would. I’ve stayed at this property for over a decade (since when it was the Visaya), but it is past it’s prime

The staff greeted us very nicely, allowed us to check in early. The room was clean and up to quality standards.

Overpriced hotel. Even the upgraded options were not upto the mark. Not worth the money spent
