Exceptional Elegance and Service

Positives WhatsApp messaging service for guests was so helpful and staff were quick to respond. The shuttle service was a brilliant idea for coming home after dinner as the climb is steep. The bed linen and pillows were so good and the bed was comfortable. The staff were polite and very helpful at all times. There were Ample fresh towels by the pool. Hotel is in a lovely location and pretty setting next to the castle in the old town with great views of the port from the pool. Free bootle of bubbles on arrival and fresh bottles of water provided everyday. Free dressing gowns and slippers. Aircon was excellent Without any noise.hotel was very clean Areas for improvement The inside facilities of the hotel (restaurant / bar) could be better utilised as very quiet. More healthy options on the lunch menu perhaps? The only salad was covered in dressing. A bin in the bedroom would be useful. Breakfast was very over priced at around €40 if you didn’t have it included. There was a more basic cheaper breakfast but there wasn’t much for the money.

Loved this hotel! Steeped in history, very friendly and helpful staff, great room, excellent little bar on site and a lovely michelin star restaurant. Perfect location to stroll around the little side streets of dalt vila. Highly recommend the ferry to Formentera and hiring a push bike to get around.

Otroligt vackert hotell med historik i väggarna. Serviceminded personal. Kräver viss mobilitet men om du gillar att röra på dig är det ett strålande alternativ. Transport finns fram till midnatt. Fantastiskt vackert rum. Inte imponerad av deras cesarsallad eller utbudet vid poolen så det drar ner totalbedömningen. Tack för en mysig vistelse Pernilla

A truly lovely place. The staff is incredible- the pool is lovely and catches a nice Mediterranean breeze. The staff will taxi you up and down the hill into the port if you want to eat or shop there. Pool has food and a bar. We were spoiled rotten here

From arrival to departure all of the hotel staff were amazing. The room was absolutely stunning. The breakfast menu was comprehensive and depending what you have was freshly cooked. The transport provided to take you down to the town or pick you back up was easy to arrange.and always prompt. There is nothing to fault this hotel and besides the historical architecture the thing that made this holiday great was the staff.

This is a quirky hotel which we adore. Set multiple levels and buildings. We loved our delux room with views over the port. The transfer into town was handy when it got too much to walk up the hill. The staff were superb always on call through WhatsApp and quick to help when we needed them to.
