コーヒーマシンが壊れていました。 シャンプーボトルにボディシャンプーが入っており髪を洗ってきしみました。 場所が良いだけに残念です。

Good hotel to stay

部屋は清潔でしたが4階は窓が小さく光彩が乏しいのでお勧め出来ません。スタッフは親切で好印象。部屋のテレビの番組メニューがイマイチでした（JSTVでも入れて貰えると日本人には嬉しい）。

綺麗なホテルで、路線の違う地下鉄の駅が徒歩圏内に2駅あり便利だった。

部屋は清潔でベッドも広く快適。ポットが置かれていなかったが、電話で頼むとコーヒーやティーバッグと一緒にすぐ持ってきてくれたので特に問題はなかった

セントロにもサラマンカ地区にも歩いて行けて、周囲は落ち着いた雰囲気のエリアでした。地下鉄の駅も近くにあるので、自分でいろいろ動きたい人に向いています。朝食は近くのカフェでとりました。ある程度、外国語でのコミュニケーションにストレスがない方におすすめします。

Suelo alojarme en este hotel siempre que voy a Madrid porque me encanta la ubicación y las instalaciones en general, aunque es un hotel pequeño, pero agradable. Sin embargo, esta vez lo encontré algo deteriorado… una cortina rota, el desagüe del lavamanos con muestras de desgaste, igual que el de la ducha, que no dan buena impresión. Sería una lástima que dejen de darle mantenimiento y pierda la calidad que ha tenido hasta ahora. El personal es muy amable, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. Espero que no bajen el nivel de las habitaciones. El edificio es muy bonito y la ubicación de las mejores.

What an absolute gem of a hotel! It is centrally located with a vibrant plaza community and many different cervecerias, cafes, and helado shops right out of the front door. Close to everything and the Alonso Martinez metro stop is feet away. Lovely décor and the best part of all was the amazing breakfasts complete with jamón, frutas, pan, café, y todos! 10/10

Great location, breakfast is very good , staff were very helpful and friendly specially Juan at the reception, this was my 4 th stay at this hotel and I would go back but the only problem / issue is the rooms need to be renovated / remodeled soon, also mattress need to be replaced with new once

Localização excelente! Mas deixo um destaque para o café da manhã maravilhoso! 10/10 Check-in rápido, equipe cordial, guarda bagagens sem custo! Recomendo.

Room was great and clean, breakfast at the hotel was very good and the staff was very friendly/helpful. Only thing to complain about was bad craftsmanship of the bathroom in our room. Door didn't close fully, things where loose like the rainfall shower and sink faucet. Grouting around the bathroom wasn't very professionally done.

Great location the only problem would be the parking very far or you have a rental car.

All around nice hotel: conveniently located adjoining a small park, a metro s station, & lots of restaurants. The property was clean, the staff friendly, helpful, & accommodating. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Also had a nice, shaded courtyard.

This hotel is good for what it is. It is not a place to hang out. No lobby. The bar was never open when we were around. The dining area was good for breakfast but didn’t allow you to come in and eat a snack while taking a call or catching up on work. So, the rooms are great. Location is great. Place is very well maintained. It’s just not a place to hang out.

Hôtel bien situé dans le centre de Madrid, à proximité de nombreux lieux de visites, accessibles en métro ou même à pied pour les visiteurs les plus courageux (20 à 30 minutes du Prado, du Palais Royal, du Parc de Retiro, de Gran Via, etc…). Chambres confortables et propres, bonne literie, offre petit-déjeuner très complète. Personnel très agréable.

Heel mooi hotel voor een bezoek aan Madrid, mooie kamers, goed uitgebreid ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, op een mooie plek net buiten het drukke centrum. Kwartiertje lopen naar het drukke deel van Madrid, ook kwartiertje lopen naar het schitterende park El Retiro. Vlak naast de metro met verbindingen naar de luchthaven den de stad.
