It was a very lovely hotel. The food and the room were just as shown in the photos. The staff at the reception were also very friendly and greeted us with smiles. I cannot speak English, but we were able to communicate using a translation app. One small issue was that the TV in one of the rooms we booked did not work. Also, the shower water was a bit lukewarm, which made it slightly difficult to use. Those were the only minor disappointments. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is in an excellent location right across from the central park. The breakfast was top notch and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice, but nothing spectacular.

Property staff were nice, they provided pet bowls and were welcoming to pets. They were also nice enough to waive cancellation fees for second night stay, once we decided to leave early due to room conditions and transfer to another hotel. The AC was out, and they noted there are works being completed on the hotel. Would not recommend or stay again.
