Room was much smaller than other Quest hotels that charge less. I'd understand it if Portland was a top destination that was busy but the place was dead and understandably so as it 's a shithole. Spend your money more wisely and stay in nearby Port Fairy, which has decent restaurants and cafes and looks like locals care about it.
