I lost my key room the charger to much money for that

Great staff very attentive to our needs.

Although the hotel had a good location, its spaces felt outdated. For a hotel that receives international tourists, it did not offer any complimentary amenities (such as bottle of waterr) or even basic items like toothpaste. The room lighting was white instead of warm, which made the atmosphere less inviting. Additionally, several fixtures and accessories in the room were loose.

Clean. Well located, and decent breakfast. Also there is a gym nearby for people who like exercising

Everything was good but the towel rack was broke and the desk in the room was also broke. Some details like stain in the surfaces needs to be addressed.

Muchas cosas a mejorar! En mi cuarto estuvo un foco quemado la mitad de la estadía. No había cafetera ni caja fuerte. Lo peor es que el agua no era lo suficientemente caliente para bañarse cómodamente. Debería haber también agua para tomar en las habitaciones, y al Menos vasos para tomar agua y para colocar cepillo de dientes, toallas muy pequeñas y viejas, el papel higiénico debería ser blanco. Un día vi una cucaracha pequeña en el Baño . En el desayuno había pocas opciones y sin variedad. Lo mejor y muy rescatable fue la calidad de la comida que pedimos en el restaurante.

El hotel se siente “en remodelación” Lo que no me gusto de mi habitación es: -que el aire acondicionado era viejo y que al prenderlo hacía mucho ruido (parecía que le daban cuerda) y su control tenía un falso. - el baño: la parte del lavamanos falta de cambiar, porque baño y regadera ya estaban modernos. Lo que me gustó: - desayuno - atención de su personal - ubicación accesible a la 70, pero con la suficiente distancia para no tener mucho ruido

The property is conveniently located close to the stadium. If you’re in town for a sporting event or a concert, this place is perfect. The rooms are comfortable, the bedding was clean and the bathroom was clean. Other surfaces such as tables, doors, walls, windows, super dirty. The rooms are in dire need of maintenance. I would stay again for a night or two for an event at the nearby sport complex, otherwise I would not.
