Propre acceuillant je reviens au prochain sejour💕💕

One being allocated a room on the third floorwhen checking in late, I found that the room had not been prepared and the bed was unmade the bins were full of rubbish. The receptionist was helpfully reasonable and gave me an immediate replacement on the ground floor which was quite comfortable and served my purpose for a one Stop over on the way back to the UK. The room itself, although clean did not feel as though it had been thoroughly prepared and that there was an empty bottle of water and the carpets perhaps needed a hoovering!

The hotel was a satisfactory, good value overnight stop on our journey. Our second time staying in an Enzo hotel. The check in machine outside was badly positioned, very low and in the sun so screen very difficult to see, otherwise the check in process is simple. Free tea/coffee/cold water is available in foyer, which was appreciated. The rooms are basic, clean.Unfortunately the soap dispenser in the shower had not been refilled so I just filled a paper cup from the hand basin dispenser. Good value for money. Several restaurants a few minutes walk away so ideal if you've been driving all day and don't want to go into town!!

The Expedia website and e-mail confirmation didn’t align so had to stress to be on time after I received the e-mail. Only to find out that there was nobody and the check-in was on a machine. Could have saved me stress and time, so that was not a good experience.

The price is great! Self check in. Have all the basics. Parking at the front, MacDonald and pub are walking distance. Coffee are from vending machines, I am happy they have microwave:)

Rapport qualité prix correct mais les chambres et le mobilier vieillissants. Propreté insuffisante.Bien pour une nuit en dépannage.

Confort correct, bemol pour les fenêtres qui ne s'ouvrent pas. Petit déjeuner a prendre tôt car vers 8h plus grand choix, lait froid à réclamer systématiquement. Le bonjour est en option par les jeunes

Trevligt hotell vid genomresa, särskilt om man gillar Formel 1. Där finns många saker att titta på. Rummet var trevligt med bra sängar. Gratis te och kaffe i lobbyn. Frukostbuffen var OK, men inte mer. Mc Donald's finns precis bredvid hotellet.

Sejour simplement convenable, bemol :chambre (moquette, rideaux imprégnés très fortement d odeur de tabac)avons demandés a changer de chambre :moins pire !!!malgré les fenêtres ouvertes. Service exellent, personnel à l écoute et très aimable. Hotel dédié semble t il, a des travailleurs en déplacement !!qui fument en chambre!!

Chambre pre payee maisen l'absence de personnel nous avons du re payer a la borne pour obtenir la clé. Depuis 4 mois impossible de se faire rembourse malgre que l'hôtel reconnait son erreur et malgre de nombreux rappels. Donc soyez méfiant !!

I was staying in room 315. The smell was horrible as the drain was damaged. Further there was mold on the wall, most probably because the window was damaged and cannot be closed properly. The room was only "cleaned" every second day. What means they changed the towels, nothing else was made. The bed light was damged. Even though I reported it and put the damaged bulb beside the bed it was never changed. The breakfast was average but no proper cleaning or hygiene. e.g. No napkin / cloth for the bread. everyone must touch the bread to cut a slice.

Leider war eine lampe defekt, das Genster war kaputt (Schließmechanismus) und an der Wand ist alles voller Schimmel

de staat van de kamer was redelijk maar het onderhoud en de schoonmaak rechtuit slecht. Gordijnen hingen los van de haken, de douche vertoonde verwering maar ook veel kalkaanslag en opgedroogde druppen aan de douchekoppen. Wel een regendouche maar veel te weinig water. Stof op schilderij waarschijnlijk door de airco , witte vlek in de vloerbedekking . Nou ja allemaal geen ramp maar ik zoek de volgende keer wat anders.

Taie d'oreiller en ouvrant la porte de la chambre .. et robinet de douche cassé et pas de pression donc difficile de régler la douche.

Superbe accueil . Hôtel original et propre très proche de plusieurs restaurant et d’un grand cinéma . Accès pratique à 1’ de l’autoroute

Réservation pour une nuit, chambre agréable et propre, lits confortables L espace restauration est originale
