The property was fine It was when I called and talked to the representative I asked him about the cost of the room and he told me what the price was and I said I saw it on line and he hung up on me

The property is average but It showed when I was looking at this hotel that I would get passes to the water park with my stay and when I got there I had to pay $200 for four passes to the water park

Staff was amazing!

There is only one reason to stay here, if you are going to waterpark.

It would be helpful to offer covered i ok parking for motorcycles.

We just stopped for a night and it was nice.

No hot water no hair dryer

We were placed at the end of the hall near the exit, which made it easy to walk my two dogs. There’s plenty of grassy area outside and I felt safe walking them at night. I had a problem with my reservation, which was Expedia’s fault not the property’s. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful in trying to rectify the situation. It took several minutes to get a representative from Expedia, but as soon as I did, my issue was resolved quickly and professionally by both the Expedia representative and the property representative. I would stay here again.

At check in, we had to pay $25 upfront to cover any expenses we may occur from their onsite store. Was told it was refundable, but still, I have my own food. The room smelt stale, carpet was stained, there was mildew around the tub drain, stains/evidence of previous occupants on the window, rust on the light fixtures, missing devices on walls. The overall experience was awful, do not recommend this establishment to anyone at this rate, I definitely paid $100 too much!

Indoor pool!

The only negative thing I can say is that the bed was horrid. Probably the worst hotel bed I've ever had. You could feel every single spring in the mattress. I'm pretty sure this mattress has been on the bed since the hotel was built. Desperately time to replace this mattress.

The property was older but was very quiet and clean. We stayed here during our trip to California. I would stay here again.
