ホテルのオーナーが大変親切。一期一会を大切にしてる人。朝食の手作りパンも美味しい

The owner and staffs are so kind that they always advise us the way and places to visit. The room is very clean and beautiful. The breakfast is also amazing. 少々わかりにくい場所にあるものの、オーナーやスタッフの方が近くまで迎えに来てくれたのでとても分かりやすかったです。外出の際に道順を丁寧に教えて頂いたお陰で、自分達で出掛けて戻ってくるさいも迷うことはありませんでした。 部屋はとても綺麗で内装がお洒落です。また朝食はモロッカンティーやコーヒー、フレッシュオレンジジュースを用意して下さり、パンケーキや数種類のパンも絶品でした。スタッフの方々は本当に丁寧で親切なので、お値段以上の価値があると思います。

エクスペディアで予約し2泊しました。自分ではとても見つけられないような路地にありますが、エルバディ宮殿まですぐなので、そこまで迎えに来てもらうと良いでしょう。私はその前にマラケシュで泊まっているホテルまで迎えの車（14ユーロ）をお願いするなどメールで少しやりとりをしましたが、大変丁寧で迅速な対応でした。到着すると、ミントティーをいただきながら、マラケシュの見どころや歩き方など、ざっとオリエンテーションを受けることができますし、最初に出かけるときは大きな通りまで歩いて案内して下さいました。スタッフは英語がOKなので助かります。朝夕食も、自分の好きな時間に好きな場所でいただけます。夕食は当日午前中には予約して欲しいとのことでした。とても美味しかったです。自分の希望は遠慮せずに伝えれば、できる限り希望を叶えようと努力されるスタッフの皆さんのお蔭で、一人旅でしたが自宅にいるように寛げました。機会があれば次回も是非泊まりたいです。

こじんまりとした清潔感のあるリヤド。旅の都合上こちらのリヤドは1泊だけでしたが、タクシー乗り場まで好意で案内してくれるなどスタッフの心遣いに感激しました。

Das Team des Riad erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch, ob es Tipps über Marrakesh waren oder jegliche andere Dinge. Dieser Service ist heutzutage einzigartig! Wir waren eine Woche in dem Riad und haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Internet lief gut und das Frühstück wurde auf Wunsch, wenn man einen Tagesausflug vor sich hatte eingepackt. Sollten wir Marrakesh erneut besuchen wird dieses Riad unsere erste Wahl sein.

We had a wonderful visit from start to finish! Youssef and the women at Riad Al Badia are warm and welcoming and genuinely wanted us to have a great time. The welcome mint tea and breakfast on the roof terrace were delicious, and it was so nice to relax in the sun. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Please make a booking here and you'll be happy you have!

The staff here were amazing! So genuinely lovely and will help with anything. Breakfast is plentiful and have a great selection - also particularly nice when sat upstairs on the terrace. Rooms were lovely, very clean.

Greeted with freshly made Morrocan tea and some sweet pastry while we waited to be shown to our room. First impression were excellent the reviews hadn't failed us! The room was perfect, up on the roof terrace we felt like we had the whole Riad to ourselves. The ladies that look after you here speak very little English but it really does not matter, they work so hard to ensure you are happy (the whole team does). Breakfast is 10/10 the service is 10/10 the helpfulness is 10/10. Honestly the team made our visit to Marrakech 5*. Tip for future guests, use the taxi's provided by the Riad our driver who we had all weekend was one of the nicest people you will meet and his level of care was 10/10.

El personal súper amable y el Riad precioso

We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Al Badia. The Riad was super comfortable and stylish with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I think what really makes this Riad stand out is the staff. Abdul made us super welcome and was always there to help with any questions or requests. Also IIham & Asmaa made us one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had each day and were also super friendly. The hotel location was perfect for us, far enough away from the main areas but close enough to get there easily. The small pool and beautiful roof terrace were great places to relax after a log day sightseeing. I'd highly recommed staying in this Riad.

Abdul and his team at the hotel were amazing. From the moment you walk in to the hotel until the moment you leave you are treated with respect, attention and outstanding customer service. Their breakfast is amazing as well as the coffee and tea. There is a nice outdoor area on top of the hotel to relax and sip tea. We would recommend this place if you are planning to visit Marrakech. Main attractions are walking distance. We are a group of 4 Canadians adults travelling together. Definitely a gem in Marrakech. Thank you Abdul and team!

A toute l'équipe du Riad Al Badia, Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable, un très bon accueil du début à la fin de notre séjour. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison ! Un immense merci à Asma, Ilham et Latifa dont la gentillesse, la discrétion ont marqué notre séjour. Elles ont fait de notre séjour un petit cocon de bonheur. Le petit déjeuner etait un vrai pur bonheur chaque matin, Savoureux, genéreux et servi avec une grande attention. Enfin merci à Abdel et Youssef pour leur gentillesse et leur vigilence qui nous ont profondément touchés. Toujours aux petits soins . Un moment que l'on n’oubliera pas.

Lovely staff, very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing and the room was tidy and cosy to stay in! Would highly recommend and I would stay there again. Also you can Easily get to the Souks and everything Is pretty much walking distance!

An amazing oasis close by to all the main tourist attractions. Everything was within walking distance. Staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful; provided lots of advice on what to see and how to get there. Property was very clean. The Riad arranged transfers to and from property. Both went smoothly. We ate in the Riad on our last night and it was by far the best meal we had the whole trip. Would highly recommend eating here.

We can heartily recommend Riad Al Badia. We received a warm welcome by all staff and were served a traditional sweet mint tea. Youssef insisted on carrying our heavy luggage up the stairs to our room (Nomade). He explained routes around the Medina and provided details of top sites and restaurants to suit all budgets. He advised us about how to keep safe and we did feel safe at all times, day and night, as we walked through the city. We ate at the riad on our first evening and the meal was delicious; perhaps the best we had during our time in Marrakech. Our room was on the small side (this is a traditional house not a chain hotel) yet it was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the separate shower room was clean and the water always hot. The air conditioning worked efficiently and quietly. Abdul, provided an excellent service, helpfully suggesting a residence where we could swim and relax for a day. The ladies who prepared breakfast and cleaned were very attentive to our needs and worked extremely hard. Breakfast consisted of fruit, yoghurt, preserves, breads and pastries, eggs and very good coffee! Gluten free bread was provided (I had emailed beforehand about this). Riad Al Badia is tastefully furnished throughout and there is a sun terrace where you can sunbathe if desired. It was quiet in the Riad and lovely to return there after our explorations of the city.
