総合評価とレビュー Hotel Gravina San Pietro

設備は古いようでしたが、清潔でした。朝食は、クロワッサン、ケーキっぽいもの、スクランブルエッグ、チーズ、はむ、果物があり、どれもおいしかったです、野菜があればほぼ完璧かなと思います。バス停が近いので、バスをうまく利用すると、観光も問題ありません。

地域としては安全性を高く感じた。 ロビーは綺麗。客室内はバスルームだけ経年劣化を感じた。 朝食ビュッフェは美味しい。

スーパーが近くにあるので飲料水を買うのに大変便利でした。ローマの中心部には気持ち遠いのですが、その辺に転がってるレンタル自転車(私はlime)を走らせればサイクリング感覚で市内を見られるので、それはそれでおもろいと思います。飲食店は少し歩けばいくつかあるので困らないと思います。

数年前にイタリアを訪れた際このホテルが気に入って、今回も利用しました。ホテルがあるのはバチカン市国の南側なので、テルミニ駅からは地下鉄やバスを利用すると便利でした。 フロントの方は、私がつたない英語でしか話せないにも関わらず、丁寧に対応してくださり嬉しかったです。また、ローマに滞在した後、他の地域を観光する期間荷物を預かってもらえたため、荷物の心配なく観光することができました。 ビュッフェ形式の朝食ではチーズやハム、スクランブルエッグ等をおいしくいただきました。またローマに行く際は利用したいです。

Treniataliaの駅から近く、周辺にスーパーや地元の人が集まるレストランもあり。 エレベーターが少し古いが、部屋はとても清潔で、スタッフの方も礼儀正しく親切。シャワーを浴びられるスペースがとても狭かったのが玉に瑕だが、次回近くに泊まる場合は是非利用したい。

・総評 ビジネスで泊まる、もしくはバチカン訪問のみであれば、おすすめ。 ただし交通機関は充実していないため、ここを起点に観光を回ろうとするならあまりおすすめしない。もう少し高い宿泊費を払ってもローマ中心地もおすすめします。 ・客室 / ホテルの清潔感 全体的に清潔。掃除も行き届いており、気分を害する事はない。 ・サービスの質 不快なことはない。フロントが時間によってはあまり英語が得意ではない方がいるが通じないほどではない。 ・ホテルの設備 バスタブはなく、日焼けマシーンのようなシャワールームが各部屋にある。 少々窮屈なため、体の大きい人は不便するかもしれない。 アメニティは、調味料が入っている小さな袋のようなものにシャンプー兼バスソープが入っているものが数袋と石鹸。歯ブラシはなし。 ・ホテルの場所 スーパーマーケット（カルフール）が目の前にあるので便利。 バチカンまでは徒歩で15分程度で到着。目の前の大通りにからはサン・ピエトロ寺院が見えます。 ローマ中心地まではバス停があるが、ローマのバスは全くあてにならないため、中心地に出る際は、ホテル裏側から8分程度歩くと到着する駅から一旦テルミニ駅まで出るか、Uberを利用することをおすすめします。

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This is my second time staying there in the past couple years. Located very close to the Vatican, train station and bus routes.

The views of St. Peter’s from rooftop are beautiful. However, there is no mention of the noise, huge crane over property and the construction site right next to the hotel. This started on 2024 and still ongoing for 1.5 yrs. I had been here before and I was looking for an enjoyable and quiet stay. Hotel won’t reimburse you for the noise inconvenience or misrepresentation. The front desk guy Maximilian was rude. He also didn’t help to change the language on the computer to English for me to print my airline ticket. My trash cans or coffee mugs weren’t clean for 2 days. Room Temp was hot. It used to be one of my favorites hotels for its location and customer service, not anymore.

Air condition couldn't be adjusted. Either full power cooling on high speed fan (noise) or off. Very bad noise protection. Every step on the floor or at the stairs, any water flow in the neighbor rooms very disturbing. From 6am sleeping not possible anymore. Breakfast acceptable, limited choices.

Easy walking distance to St. Peter's Basilica, nice room and friendly staff always on site; they were helpful especially as we had a morning flight and had to check out very early. The rooftop bar has a nice view of the city.

Buen hotel para estadías cortas.

Toilet did not flush well, we informed twice, for them it was fine. Two days without making the beds, one day no room service.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il punto forte è la disponibilità della reception. Collocato nei pressi della stazione Roma San Pietro. Vicino a piazza San Pietro e comodo per visitare Roma.

The staff was very pleasant, breakfast decent, but there was mold all over the bathroom. You could tell the floors hadn’t been mopped, nothing had been deep cleaned, and it all smelled of pee. If you tried to get fresh air, there would just been smoke filling the room. I would definitely not recommend.

Staff very helpful In helping us navigate. Close to Vatican Sistine chapel. Breakfast was good. Did have hot meal as well

We enjoyed staying walking distance to the Vatican area. Plenty of options to have a nice meal even late at night within close proximity to the hotel. Also, accessibe to bus and train stops.

Very close to St. Peter’s, staff was very nice, great restaurant right beside the hotel.

Nell'hotel: personale gentile, camera spaziosa e letto comodo, colazione molto buona. La pulizia non è eccellente, anche nelle aree comuni, comunque rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo
