No existe el servicio de recoge al aeropuerto. Aunque lo pedí a través de corre, más bien nunca me responden, lo que puede significar el servicio de este hotel no es flexible. El precio es bueno pero hay un riesgo por eso

La habitación nunca tenía agua caliente x las tarde y es incómodo llegar de pasear y no encontrar agua caliente nunca fueron a revisar se les avisó y nada

El hotel no tenia agua caliente. El baño tenia una fuga de agua continua

La habitación tenía una fuga, la pantalla no servía me dan una llave y no encienden las luces tuve que hablar 2 veces a recepción para recibir las tarjetas para la luz. Nos cambian de habitación y no hay agua caliente... Nunca salió caliente.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, ideal para hacer tiempo.

Buen hotel pero nada en excelencia

I have to leve to a different hotel

I normally don’t write reviews. If I like it I come back, if I don’t I avoid it. But this place left such an awful impression that I just have to. I chose this hotel because of 4 things: Close to the airport, free shuttle to the airport, restaurant with room service, room with fridge for some left over food I had. When I arrived, as soon as I had my key I asked to schedule the shuttle for the early flight I had the next day, turns out the “free airport shuttle” is a cab they call for you and you have to pay. I told them they advertise free transportation but they simply said it’s wrong and if I wanted the cab. Disappointed I went to my room to put away the food in the fridge and there was no fridge in the room, I asked if I was given the wrong room and all I got was a “no” When I picked up the phone to get some food they guy who picked up just said they “normally offer room service but not today” At this point I just wanted to shower and sleep but this hotel had one last surprise, no hot water. Needless to say there is no way I would EVER stay in this hotel again, stay away if any of these things remotely matter to you.

La habitación estaba bien pero nunca dejaron agua sin pedirla y faltaban toallas tuvimos que pedirla todos los días, además las llaves se desprogramaban todos los días fuera de eso si está bien el hotel

Las instalaciones están bien , les agradezco que me dieron chanse de hacer check in hasta la madrugada que llegue , lo único que no le gusto fue el restaurant la comida tardo muchísimo y súper poquita cantidad para el precio ;(

El Aire acondicionado no servía en la habitación que reservamos .. entonces nos cambiaron de habitación pero tampoco servía en la segunda…. Eso es muy incómodo…
