5つ星ホテルカーサフスターホテルが運営していてレセプションもホテルのレセプションでした。 ジムやプールもつかえるそうです。 このホテルのベルボーイさんが皆ハートフルでとても印象的でした。 部屋はこじんまりとしていて、茶色を基調としているので少し暗く感じます。 シャワーのお湯は一度に使える量が決まっているようで、途中で水になることが何回かありました。 ワンベッドルームのシャワールームはものすごく狭いです。 安全性の理由で包丁とまな板は置いてないそうです。 食器は沢山ありましたが、調理器具は少なかったです。 どうしても耐えられなかったのが、ゴキブリが出ることです。 初日から遭遇してしまい、部屋を変えてもらったりしましたが、結局毎日出現しました。 ホテルの人はそんな話は初めてだと言って、また違う部屋に変える提案をしてきましたが、あの感じだと全館で出たと思います。 (洗濯乾燥機の設置してある天井はぶち抜かれていて裏が見えてる状態) 朝晩関係なく出てくるのでとても精神的に苦痛でした。 結局耐えきれず、大幅に日程をキャンセルして他のアパートメントに移動しました。 ベルボーイさんが良かっただけに残念でした。

Outstanding location You can use the hotel pool (mini pool) but restaurant and areas are very nice Washer was not working, but hotel did our laundry every day to make up for it. Would definitely stay there again

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at Suites Center Barcelona. The location is unbeatable — we could walk to all the major sights, and there were excellent dinner options right on our doorstep. The apartment layout worked really well for us, and the small kitchenette made self‑catering breakfasts easy and convenient. A real bonus was having access to the facilities at Hotel Casa Fuster, which added an extra level of comfort to our stay. We also recommend taking a day trip to Garraf Beach by train — a beautiful, easy escape from the city. Overall, a great base for exploring Barcelona and perfect for families.

Clean & modern, plenty of space; kitchen had suitable equipment, inclusive breakfast was at hotel next door & excellent. I liked the location, but it is worth noting it is a the very top of Passeig de Gracia, about 20 mins walk from Plaça Catalunya.

We enjoyed our stay here after our cruise. We had a lot of luggage with us and the suite gave us the space we needed with the baby. The staff were amazing and helpful. Location was great too! AC was a saving grace from the heatwave while we were there. We chose to siesta during the hottest times of the day. Access to pool, restaurant and other facilities at Casa Fuster was very convenient. Will stay again!

Excellent stay, rooms are decent size and clean. The staff was very helpful in making sure we knew where everything was.

The staff was incredible. Some of the best from our entire European adventure. The room was clean and worked great for our family. The amenities from the hotel were great. Only item I'd note...the washer dryer situation was important to us and though it was amazing having it in suite, it is a small, all-in-one unit that takes a long time to dry.

Beautiful location, beautiful rooftop, pool and bar great breakfast. Nice main lobby bar. The room was spacious for our family of five. We would definitely be back.

Service is very good. Hot water heater of our apartment was not working and they upgraded our room quickly. Only thing I would suggest to improve is bathroom amenities.

Suites Center is a beautiful hotel and the staff are all wonderful. The location is also good for walking around the city.

We stayed here for two nights and found the location to be excellent. It is right by Passeig de Gràcia and very convenient for exploring Barcelona. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for our family. While I would have preferred an additional bed instead of a sofa bed, it was not a major concern during our stay. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a significant issue. We arrived in the morning and checked into our apartment later that day. Upon entering, we noticed dirty floors, dust, and hair throughout the apartment. Even a staff member acknowledged the condition and apologized. We contacted the front desk and requested that the apartment be vacuumed and mopped, particularly because our children are sensitive to dust. Another disappointment was the washing machine. One of the reasons we chose this property was the advertised in-unit washer, but it was not functioning during our stay. A staff member confirmed it was broken, but no alternative solution or follow-up was provided. The staff were friendly and the location was excellent, but the cleanliness concerns, non-functioning washing machine, and lack of resolution affected our overall experience.

Traveled with a family of 5. This location is perfect for walking the town. A safe area and so pretty. Room was great and the views from the bedroom were of Sagrada.

Location is walkable to most tourist spots, with options of using public transportation. Check-in is with the hotel reception which provides great service. The 2 bedroom was well equipped and the staff will provide instructions on where everything is. Highly recommended and will definitely book this when travelling to Barcelona

Great apartment with amazing, luxurious toiletries. Our unit had a beautiful terrace, which was a great bonus. The TVs aren’t smart TVs, so you can only watch local channels. Check-in is at the hotel on the corner, Hotel Casa Fuster, which is a beautiful Gothic-style building. Guests are also allowed to use the gym and rooftop there. Main attractions like Sagrada Família, La Pedrera, and Casa Batlló are all within a 20–25 minute walking distance. Be aware that right now, there’s a lot of construction on the main street outside, so it can get a bit busy during the day.
