お部屋は素敵でした。お湯沸かしがなかったのたのが残念❗ヌガーとお水がおいてありました。写真とちょっとイメージが違いました。

城が目の前で、夕暮れのテラスからの眺めは最高でした☺

何と言っても城壁を目の前に眺めることができ、立地が最高です。こじんまりしていてアットホームて、スタッフの皆さんの接客も素晴らしい。お部屋は赤い色で統一されていて。ホテル名にふさわしい内装でした。朝食も盛りだくさんでパンがおいしく、言うことなしです。また利用したいです。

城に近く、城壁のライトアップもバーから見える

カルカッソンヌ城壁のナルボンヌ門が階段を登ってすぐのところにあります。ホテル玄関前のバーのテラスで、夜にライトアップされた城壁を眺めながらワインやお茶を楽しみことができて最高です。部屋は１階でしたが、ロビーからは客室との間を遮るフロント前のドアを通らなければ行くことができないので、セキュリティ上も安心感があります。部屋の窓からは庭が見え、部屋のしつらえも大変趣味が良く落ち着きます。浴室も大変清潔で、非の打ち所がありません。スタッフもとても親切で、買い物の相談に丁寧にいろいろ教えてくれました。カルカッソンヌの城壁の夜景を楽しむのは、もしかしたらもう少し離れたところの方が全景が見えていいのかもしれませんが、こちらのホテルは本当に素敵で、またカルカソンヌを訪問する機会があれば、こちらに宿泊したいです。駐車場もたっぷりとスペースがあり楽です。朝食は早朝出発のため頂きませんでしたが、レストランも素敵な雰囲気でした。カルカッソンヌの城壁内にはお土産屋さんがたくさんあり、中にはとても質のいいこの地方の特産品を扱っているお店があるので、こうしたお店で瓶詰めフォアグラなどを購入すると荷物が重くなってしまいますが、こちらのホテルは城門からすぐなので、一回ホテルに荷物を置きに行き、また城壁内のシテに戻って夕食をとることもできます。夜も安全なので、22時をすぎても問題なく帰ってこられます。

ロケーションはナルボンヌ門のすぐ近くで申し分ない。全体におしゃれな感じになっているが、部屋はやや狭めでした。

城壁のすぐ横、シテの門からすぐなのでとても便利です。 スタッフも皆さんとても親切で明るく、フロントではエリオットという名前のバセットハウンドが出迎えてくれます。 Wi-Fiも使いやすかったです。 ホテルの庭でお酒を飲みながら、ライトアップされていく城壁をずーっと見ているのは至福の時間でした。

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The pool and Jacuzzi are unheated as Americans. We did not realize that Jacuzzis in France were unheated. We were put off by this until we discovered that this is pretty much a universal thing in France that Jacuzzis are unheated. They have a restaurant which we had an appetizer sampler and a few drinks and those were good. The bed was extremely comfortable. The plumbing was a little bit weird, and that we were on the ground floor, and when other people were using the plumbing, our sink would go lug, lug lug, and spit out a little bit of water. It gave it a little bit of character.. The most important thing is the view to Corazón is amazing, as far as public transportation which we used we did not rent a car. There are two convenient bus stops. There is one up at Corson, which is great for when you check in because then you’re carrying your bags downhill, and then there is a bus stop that is down the hill, which is convenient because again you’re not carrying your bags up the hill the buses in Corson run I think every 15 to 20 minutes, so very convenient location

We loved some things about this hotel, but found that there were a few things lacking in a 4 star experience: The good: - The room was clean - Having both a bath and separate shower was a bonus - My partner had a massage and facial at the spa and thought it was lovely - The pool area was lovely and not busy at all during our stay - The daytime reception staff were lovely - The location, right outside of the gate to the cite was excellent The bad: - I would expect a small fridge in the room to cool drinks. It was 30°C outside and it would have been helpful to be able to take some cold water out with us whilst exploring Carcassonne - I would expect a 4 star hotel with spa and pool to provide a robe and slippers for guests to use - The night manager/barman was rather short with both ourselves and other guests - The breakfast was not of a standard I would expect. Only one type of unflavoured yoghurt, the pastries were ok, a very small selection of fruit. Coffee at breakfast in a 4 star hotel should be unlimited. We had it included in our room rate (thanks Expedia) but would have been disappointed if I'd paid 18 euro for it. - We had to remove half a dozen wasps from the jacuzzi before using it Would I stay here again? Probably, but only if I could get a good rate and I wouldn't pay for breakfast.

Location is perfect The spa is superb

L'hôtel est situé à quelques pas de l'entrée principale de la bastide. Chambre supérieure sans vue et très particulièrement décorée. Petit-déjeuner quelconque avec des viennoiseries moyennes et des pommes en pleine saison de fraises et cerises. Un parking très pratique.

This a charming boutique hotel right in front of the main gate of the citadel. We really enjoyed our stay and we can only praise the staff and the quality of the hotel. Our only slight disappointment was the layout of the room and what we have seen it seems that they all share the same flaws. While the quality, cleanliness and space was there, we found the room crowded and badly designed. For example there is only one small table that is overloaded with a coffeemaker, a lamp and a pile of documents about everything and anything. That the easy one to fix. The bathroom is weirdly designed, same feeling it seems the architect wanted to put all possible things in a too small area for that. You have a shower, a bath, a toilet and a double sink in a space of 2.5 by 3 meters. It doesn’t really fit, leading with a tiny shower and the toilet right in front of it and no space to circulate between the sinks and the bath.

The hotel is very convenient for accessing the fortress, shops & restaurants. It is right across the street from the wall & very close to the gate without the long uphill walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, room was very clean. The shower was a little small but fine & there was also a free standing tub. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved this hotel excellent location.we were there low season so pool etc not fully open.
