Better than we expected. The building manager was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We were on the 6th floor and had amazing views so made great use of the large balcony that ran almost the whole length of the apartment. Just across the road from the beach and a great swimming pool. Short walk from the bus stop. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect view

Our 1 bedroom apartment was just what we need (more in fact) for a few nights in Maroochydore. Everything was clean and very well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful. Being just across the road from the beach we could get out for a beach walk of a morning and also find dinner options close by.

Everything about the unit was top class and the Manager was excellent. The views were spectacular as were the facilities.

A safe family beach was in easy walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and fast food joints also in easy walking distance. The property was a little older but very clean. The reception is not open all the time but they were friendly and helpful when contacted. I would stay here again.

Beach view was amazing. Unit was dated and could benefit greatly from some minor refurbishing. Major issue with booked bedroom/bed arrangement not supplied, management assisted promptly to correct this. Minor issues with basic supplies such as expired UHT milk supplied. Water in the on-site spa was also visibly murky in comparison to neighbouring propertieswith spa facilities. Little details missed that prevent an okay stay from being a good stay.

Had trouble finding the place message person who sent use our information when we couldn't fine the place still waiting to here from them lucky when we did find the driveway there were said guys who help me find what i needed try to let reception know the toaster didn't work, the TV drop in and out or froze especially at night but never had the desk man other. Than that it was ok

What had an enjoyable stay. The sunset and sunrise views of the ocean were stunning.

Stayed 2 nights. Being our third time staying we knew what to expect. The views out to the ocean are fantastic, the 3 bedroom apartment had everything we needed and looked recently updated.Jason the manager was friendly and attentive right from the start.We will be back for sure. Thank you.

Wonderful views from, spacious and inviting apartment. Fantastic location with restaurants, groceries, chemist and entertainment close by. Best of all, Jason the apartment Manager absolutely takes care of his guests and apartments. Warm, friendly and accommodating.

The view and location were excellent. We were on the 9th floor. 1 min walk to the amazing Maroochy beach and within 10 mins walk up the road there was every type of food you could want.

Great view from all the rooms of the apartment. easy check in and parking. Common areas were under repair. Aircon was available in the living room. Wasn't required at the time of our stay in the other rooms. fan was noisy at some settings. while bath gel and shampoo was provided there was no conditioner or body lotion. Over all a very convenient stay. very close to the beach.

Had a great stay at key larbo, the manager Jason was helpful with information of the area
