シャワーはカーテンも何もないので水浸しになります。親切なスタッフとそうでない笑顔のないスタッフと半々です。朝食は大したことはないので食べる価値はないでしょう。 近くの割引の菊駐車場のチケットももらえますが、使い方の説明を受けておらず知らなかったので、うまく使えず一晩30ユーロ支払いました。

テラス付きの部屋しかなかったのでそれで申し込みましたが、１階のしかも増設のレストランを通ってしか行けない部屋で部屋の外がテラスとジェットバスが屋根なしでおいてありました。雨だったので結局使いませんでした。意味ない。２階以上の屋根付きテラスというイメージでしたのでガッカリでした。 駅までタクシーをホテルで頼みましたが、白タクでしかも３５ユーロ、行きの倍の値段をいわれました。普通タクシーをホテルで頼むと正規のタクシーを呼んでくれると思いますが、ひどいと思いました。

ショッピングやレストランが集中するエリアから五分ほどと程よく離れて静かに過ごせるホテル。ワインツアーなどの集合場所にも使われる観光案内所にも十分とロケーションは抜群。部屋はワンルームの室内にシャワールームを入れたという不思議な作りですが、センスのよい部屋の飾りや造りは心地よくくつろげます。スタッフもフレンドリーで、ウェルカムワインやカヌレのサービスも。中庭のレストランは軽くワインを飲む程度にしか利用しませんでしたが、ゆったり外の空気に触れながらくつろげて賑わっているようでした。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

入り口は少しわかりにくいですが、ロケーションが良く、どこに行くのも便利です。スタッフがフレンドリーで、お部屋にはカヌレのサービス、バーではウェルカムドリンクと、楽しんでもらおうという気持ちが伝わってきます。お部屋は通りに面していないので静かで落ち着きますが、すぐ下が中庭で夕方からワインバーになるので賑やかな時間帯もあります。バスルームにはジェットバスが付いていてリラックスできますが、終了させた後も勝手に作動したりしてやや使いづらかったです。

市の中心に位置し、ツーリストオフィスやトラムに比較的近い便利な場所にあります。ホテルのレセプションスタッフは気が利いて感じのよい対応をしてくれました。ホテル併設のワインバーは、ワインのラインナップ、スタッフともそこそこといった感じです。部屋は満足できる広さで、ベッド他の設備も満足できます。ただし、シャワーしかなかったのは非常に残念でした。

市内中心部そのもののためロケーションは絶好、プチホテルということもあり、根本的な建物の構造像の古さ（例：階段）はどうしようもないが、内容についてはリノベーションされており快適、アメニティもエルメス、クスミンティーなど気を使っており、プチホテルとしては十分以上の水準。このプチホテルという点で好き嫌いは分かれると思いますが、とてもいいホテルと思います。

Veldig fint hotel i Bordeaux. Rommet var veldig fint, komfortabelt, og anbefales på det sterkeste. Alt var tipptopp. Super service fra betjeningen også. Bor gjerne her igjen.

What a great find. Beautiful, clean and real super helpful. I was even allowed to park my car right outside the hotel doors so they could keep an eye on it. Nice mini bar in room, comfortable bed, AC and in the centre of it all. Top marks

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant recommendations were first rate. Hotel is located in the center of town and easy access to everything. The hotel overall and rooms were extremely clean and well maintained.

Excellent staff and unique historic building. Concierge will plan all of your activities and suggest wonderful restaurants.

We stayed for 4 nights. Paul, the concierge, helped us plan visits to museums and other cites, recommended restaurants, and clarified how to use public transportation. The hotel is in a terrific location. It is small-around 60 rooms. The breakfast is excellent All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but well appointed, and quiet. Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

The concierge and team were fabulous. They helped organise a private wine tour in St Emilion with three very different tasting experiences. We were a group of five and it felt really special. They also recommended and helped booked restaurants - Influences was outstanding with a blind tasting menu and prices so reasonable compared to London. The hotel location was excellent for walking around Bordeaux and very handy for the tram which was very easy to use. We caught the tram to the train station and from there visited Arcachon for lunch and a beach day and Langdon for a tasting at Chateaux Yquem. Thoroughly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, very clean, with every amenity. The hotel is Ideally located centrally in bordeaux with a very short walk to major attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend, would absolutely stay here again without hesitation

Great location that was just a little bit off the main traffic area, which was actually very nice. The staff was extremely helpful and housekeeping did a great job. The beds are very comfortable here. One issue is that the showers do not have a door so there’s a tendency for water to get all over the bathroom floor, which we corrected with many towels. We did not use the restaurant for breakfast, but instead used a great patisserie right around the corner.

From Breakfast to the pool and hot tub, the stay was amazing. The team was up to task and beyond with the service and experience!!!

Attentive staff that were nice and courteous. Nice larger rooms, excellent location, and a very good breakfast. Highly recommend. I am going back
