ホテルや部屋自体はきれいですし、朝食もハムやチーズ、パンにフルーツ、サラダのほかウィンナーと卵などもありました。部屋も1－2人で滞在するには十分な広さだと思います。 チェックアウトが朝5時半でしたが、問題なくチェックアウトでき、タクシーも呼んでもらえました。 ただ困った点が2点。このエクスペディアからのリンクされているgeogleのホテル地図が間違ってます。 おそらく300Mぐらいのちがいですが、入り組んだ交差点を超えたところなので地図だけではたどり着けず 地元の人に聞きました。このホテルの住所を確認してから行った方がよいです。 それと、ホテルが小さいのは安全上よいのですが、フロントスタッフが一人のみなので、チェックインしようとした際、翌日の観光問い合わせをしている西洋人家族連れがいたため、チェックインを20分くらい待たされました。チェックインだけ先に済ますとかしてもらえるとありがたいですが、日本ではないのでそういう文化ではないのでしょうね。。。

トラム駅から３分という便利さ。また坂道の多いスルタナメット地区ですが、ホテルからブルーモスクまでほぼ平坦で１０分かからないのはありがたいです。周辺には中級のミニホテルがたくさんあるのですが、他と比べて建物の規模も大きく、部屋も非常に整備されていて清潔。スタッフも感じがよく安心できました。

スタッフがトテモフレンドリーで、部屋は清潔でした。とても気持ち良く過ごせました。朝食付きで、パン、ハム、チーズ、野菜、果物、ジュースなど、種類がとても豊富でした。

写真と印象が違う中級のホテル。部屋をかえてもらえたが、空き部屋がなかったら、不快な部屋に泊まらなければならないところでした。

Great location if you want to be very central. Staff are incredible. Breakfast was great. Rooms comfortable.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer im obersten Stiock. Holzboden, Balkon, alles sehr gut - überraschend gut für ein 3 Stern Hotel. Super Location zum Grand Bazaar. Werde gerne wieder hier logieren.

Özellikle kat görevlimiz İnan bey’den mutfaktan sorumlu Funda hanım’dan ve servis personeli Buse hanımdan çok çok memnun kaldık. Yaklaşım ve hizmetleri gayet başarılıydı. Bir daha İstanbul’a gelsek mutlaka burayı tercih edeceğiz. Konum ve diğer avantajları ise saymakla bitmez.

Todo excelente en el hotel. Desayuno incluido. Todo muy limpio y en orden.

Veldig sentralt og bra hotel

This is one of the most pleasant, peaceful hotels i have stayed in duding the last several years. The staff is patient, no non sense, and helpful with assistance where needed. This is an excellent location. The pricing is better than most. And, things are well organized and well taken care of in all the shared areas. Splendid.

Family trip to Istanbul went great because of this beautiful hotel we booked. It's well located near the AyaSofia and the Blue mosque. The Theodosius cisterns and so convenient with their family rooms. Good size and comfy. We loved their rooftop terrace too! We'll definitely come back.

We had a great time. Excellent staff, very welcoming and the rooms were great. The staff even lent me money to tip the driver that dropped us off without hesitation (I pad her back of course), but I mean the hospitality was great! We didn’t get a chance to have breakfast but a couple of my family members did and said it was good. Rooms have the nice technology of digital signs at the door for housekeeping and do not disturb rather than the old door sign, nice! Very nice walkable distance to many places, so location was great! Highly recommend and will come back again!

Staff was welcoming, check in was easy, hotel was at a walking distance from most of the historical buildings, even from the trolly that brings you to most of the sites. Clean and elegant.
