Room was clean and staffs are friendly. I enjoyed 4 nights stay. Only one thing I 'm sorry about is that TV was not functioning. During Olympian games season... Will stay again when I come back to Toromso. Thank you all!

チェックインが分かりにくい。駐車場が分かりにくく 遠い。

The hotel is in the central of the Tromso,so I could walk around and enjoyed shopping,eating,drinking,and sightseeing! Staffs at the hotel are all kind and helpful. Breakfast is perfect! I can drink coffee or tea anytime at the cafeteria in the hotel.

Comfortable small lovely hotel

It was so nice to stay at this hotel. View from the window was perfect. Raining for 3 days, but was able to have a great rest.

　トロムソ でオーロラを見るため、このホテルを利用しました。オーロラツアー終了が深夜になるため、ツアーの集合場所のホテルのすぐ近くということで選びました。実際ツアーが終わり、戻って来たのは午前1時近くで、横殴りの雪も降っていて、人通りも少なかったので、このホテルを選んで正解でした。 　実は、ホテルに到着した日、スーツケースの鍵が見つからず、フロントの人に相談しました。他の鍵で開けてみようとしたり、細い金具で試してみたりしましたが、ダメでした。鍵を壊していいのでとお願いすると、大きなペンチのような物を探してきてくれ、やっと開けることができました。その間、嫌な顔一つせず、笑顔で対応してくれ、本当に助かりました。今回、ラッキーなことに素晴らしいオーロラも見られたのですが、またトロムソ を訪れた時には是非らエンターアマリエホテルを利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

空港からのバスはホテルのすぐ近くに停車し、ドライバーさんが場所を教えてくれた。ロケーションも抜群で、何処へ行くにも便利である。レストランも近くに多くあり、便利だった。

チェックインの時間より前の時間はフロントにスタッフがいなかったため荷物を預けれなかった。 ワッフルのタネがあり自分で焼いて食べられる(18:00くらいから) 電子レンジがあり便利だった。

空港バス停から近く、ロケーションが良い。スタッフの説明も丁寧でチェックインも速い。前日のブーツ汚れの土がそのまま部屋の床に残っていたのはあったが他は掃除も行き届いていた。1人部屋はちょうどいい大きさ。

Staff muito atencioso, sempre tentando ajudar. Especialmente Daniel, and Lamie. Mas todos oa funconarios simpáticos e acolhedores. O quarto era pequeno, mas eu estava sozinho. Nao fazem a cama na arrumação do quarto

Breakfast was very disappointing-scrambled eggs contained bacon mixed in from the side tray. I informed the manager and requested separate dishes for eggs and bacon, but there was no alternative provided and hygiene was questionable. Even after raising the concern, we were told that this is how breakfast is. Overall, apart from the location and evening waffles, the experience was below average.

Really pleased with this hotel! Was in a great location, staff were lovely and friendly, everything was clean. Breakfast, waffles, cakes and hot chocolates were great! There was a drip from under the sink in my room which I did report but I presume that they were waiting for a plumber to fix as it wasn't sorted when I was still there. They even left chocolates in my room as I said I was staying for a special occasion.
