The staff is kind. He looked after my bag until I checked in.

前日まで他のホテルに滞在しており、そこより1泊あたりの宿泊費が高かったので、普通の部屋レベルを期待していましたが、あまりの狭さと部屋の雰囲気に落胆しました。3泊の予約をしていましたが、翌日から他のホテルに変わりたかったので、予約センターに問い合わせたところあと2日泊まらなくても3日分の支払い料金は支払わなければならないということでした。結局、眠れない3日間を過ごし、イギリスを後にしました。このホテルが悪いわけではなく、 前日までのキャンセルができるシステムになっていないことが残念です。

Room and parking prices are reasonable, room was clean, shower very good, staff helpful. Full English breakfast very cheap (£8) but I'd rather pay a bit more for something more appetising. Eggs were cold, sausage didn't taste of anything and bacon looked like it had been boiled rather than fried.

Great for both the stadium or twickenham

For a one/two night stay it is good value for it's location. The room was clean and provided a good nights sleep. My only disappointment was having to pay £10.00 extra to park the car on the driveway. It was only parked there from midnight to 11am. I am disabled and have a blue badge walking is not easy for me. I feel if you are a blue badge holder you should be able to park there for free. However, it would not stop me from using the guest house again in the future.

Perfect location for the stadium with parking

The room was clean and had everything needed. The hotel was very well situated and excellent value for money. Bathrooms were very clean and modern. WiFi was excellent. For the money it fantastic value.

Room was clean. Reception staff attentive, and informative. Amenities more than adequate. Breakfast slightly overcooked for my taste, but good otherwise. I would stay there again.

Nice and clean value for money

Room was comfortable. Just what we needed. Five stars for the breakfast! Well worth it.

Excellent for going to Twickenham stadium. Good parking and food for rail links. I left my binoculars and the staff were excellent in helping to return them.

Our room was very small.

I've stayed here before, and - as previously - I found the staff to be professional and courteous and the rates to be very reasonable for the area. I've yet to try the optional breakfast, but its aroma smelt great as I checked out (and for £8 it was very reasonably priced too).

Don’t expect the Hilton It’s like it says on the tin Bed and breakfast Room was small but clean Breakfast was as good as anywhere else Bottom line Would I come again YES

Value for money. Very basic accommodation. Clean. Mattress is not very comfy.
