チェックインの時から、部屋に案内する係りの若い女性の態度が非常に悪い。人を馬鹿にしたふてくされたようなやる気のない態度。荷物を持つ手伝いもせず、さっさと歩き投げやり。いやいや働いているという感じを前面に出していて非常に気分が悪かった。 多くのホテルの中から前評判でこのホテルを選んだが、二度と泊まらない。 床が埃だらけだった。エアコンのスイッチが壊れているのか、切れない。一部の電気が付いたり消えたりする。バスルームのドアがガラス。部屋が暗い。 調度品はスタイリッシュ。大きなクローゼットが重宝した。朝食は良かった。また、朝食会場のスタッフ、冒頭の女性以外のスタッフはだいたい感じが良かった。

Staff were very courteous and accommodating. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Bed comfort and bed linen were superb. I will definitely be returning.

Location of this gem is perfect. Right off of via Dante without the foot traffic and noise. Rooms are tidy and comfortable, breakfast was superb and staff were awesome.

We felt so welcome at Palazzo Segreti! From the happy hour to the complimentary breakfast and warm staff, we felt very much at home here. Comfortable and very well-located, right off of the main pedestrian area. Close to all main attractions and easy access to public transit.
