ホテルのスタッフは平凡だった。宿泊客への挨拶にはあまり興味がないようだったが、シーツは毎日交換され、トイレットペーパーは少し少なかった。

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room is a bit small for 3 person (2 adult and 1 child), but its worth the price.

Although location is nearby Antwerpen Centraal but it was in the quiet and darksome part. You will have to take a longer walk compare to hotels in Astridplein. (-) - I was charged additional City tax about € 2.39 /person/night, so total about € 9.56 for 2 person, 2 night. Booking app only mention in my booking approval, not when I first look and book this hotel; - There was also charge € 2/bag/day if you store your bag to the concierge/receptionist below. I don't think it is appropriate. - No complimentary coffee/tea and water heater inside unit, only tap water. - There was a stain in bedcover, not sure what it was. (+) - Room is a bit bigger compare to Ibis budget's standard. - Nearby mosque.

The location is good near by the station.
