非常に綺麗で快適でした

２回目の宿泊でしたが、前回同様快適でした。ただ、モンスーンシーズンだったため、ホテル内、 周辺ともに人が少なく、その点はよかったのですが、海が濁っており、浜辺では楽しめません でした。

ゆったりと過ごせるステキなリゾート

The hotel faces to Zuari river bay beach. People cannot swim at the beach but can walk on the long beach with orange sunset. .

3泊4日で滞在しました。オーシャンビューなので波の音が聞こえる部屋でGood。プールも広く、子供用もあり、プールバーもお洒落です。2,500Rp/日でモーニング、チャイ等がOKなClub Loungeはお得だと思います。レストラン、スパ等、コスパが良いです。スタッフも気持ちよく仕事をしてくれて、素敵な滞在でした。カップルでも家族でも楽しめます。

連休に3泊。すばらしい滞在でした。広い敷地にゆったりとした配置。プライバシーが程よく保たれ、スタッフも(インドでありがちな)出しゃばり感がなく控え目。しかしちゃんと気がつくべき所は気づいてくれます。部屋は広くて清潔。毎日の掃除も丁寧でした。レストランは選択肢が多く、味、ボリュームとも十分。それでいて価格はリーズナブル。コストパフォーマンスが高いです。プールは広くて快適。併設のマリンスポーツセンターも親切で、セイリングを楽しめました。強いて挙げれば目の前のビーチ(海)がさほどきれいでなかった点。泳ぐには適していません。これはホテルのせいではないですけどね。

The property is absolutely beautiful. The pools on the outside and inside are very nice and clean. The property is well maintained with a staff working diligently around the clock to preserve its beauty. There is a pretty awesome dinner and show sponsored by Le Petite Chef that is very nice and extremely affordable compared to the one in Delhi. The rooms are very nice, I stayed in a suite on the upper floor. Im not personally the biggest fan of Portuguese style, but it was done well. Again, I cant rave enough about how beautiful the property looks. On to the bad. The security will scrutinize the hell out of you. On multiple occasions I would walk by a guard and 5 mins later walk by the same guard and I would get the 3rd degree. I was on the property for 3 nights and I only left once, but I was questioned at least 20 times about if I was actually staying at the hotel. It was as if they were in disbelief. Lastly, a special thanks to the superstar TANAYA. From the second I checked in to the the moment I checked out, she was diligent and a powerhouse with resolving the most complicated and simple situations for me. She went above and beyond and never made me any false promises. I was there for a business trip and I was extremely busy and she took a huge weight off my shoulders. I had a really great experience and it was mainly due to her efforts to organize things. She should be promoted to hotel manager, she is an asset for the hotel! Overall, I give this place a two thumbs up

Amazing: • food • room • facilities Not quite 5*: • location • service The hotel is huge and impressive, and the place is full of staff. But the service is variable. People really want to help you and some of the staff are super ‘on it’ and efficient. Others, not so much. When we arrived we were taken to the wrong room - a mistake with the number. Then the tv didn’t work. Coffee and tea machine means a kettle - no coffee machine. The hydrotherapy pool wasn’t working - when I asked, the staff member showed me I had to turn it on myself on the switch behind the plastic cover on the wall (where you’d assume public shouldn’t be flicking switches). We asked about an ATM on site and two staff members told us where to go, but there was none, which front of house staff confirmed when we asked. When a payment didn’t go through at the pool bar, later in the day a member of staff messaged me from their personal number on my WhatsApp. I had to tell them multiple times it wasn’t a good time to come to collect payment - and was it really professional to be messaging me from their personal WhatsApp? I had another message during the stay from another staff member also on their personal WhatsApp, and it just seemed a bit odd and not 5*. Also, what about GDPR? On the other hand, came across amazing staff too. The spa treatments were great, and the food! Note: the property is adjacent to the ocean, but there isn’t really beach access, there is a wall.

Beautiful resort with luxurious buildings to roam and relax in. Room was very clean, staff (especially Vijay from the resort centre) were exceptionally attentive. The pool was a good temperature, and there were multiple sections and seating areas. There's even a shopping area within the resort! Multiple restaurants with a different cuisine meant we didn't eat the same meal twice during our 2 day stay!

Very disappointing checkout experience at Grand Hyatt Goa. Despite calling reception three times requesting help with luggage, no one came to assist. After waiting for quite some time, I eventually had to carry all the luggage myself during checkout. Service should not be different during check-in and check-out. Guests expect the same level of attention and hospitality throughout their stay, especially at a luxury hotel. This was certainly not the experience I expected.

The staff is too slow. Check in took more than an hour inspire of reaching at 2 pm

I would give this hotel a 5 star wedding if it weren't for the three weddings that were happening outside my Seaview room. Ask before you book if there is a wedding. the breakfast , staff and rooms were lovely.

The staff where brilliant hotel was clean and tidy rooms clean only reason I gave it was 3 star was it was wedding season and the only place to have lunch was closed due to a wedding booking it out so we had to order pool side in the heat

Lovely hotel and staf are super friendly and helpful. Only drawback on my stay was the number of weddings taking place on the hotel grounds. However, staff went over and above to accommodate, particularly Steffi. Great facilities, large rooms and very peaceful. Would highly recommend.

There were two weddings at the hotel the second week. The music at different times through the day and evening was extremely loud. The people staying at the hotel were very noisy even during the night. The sound carried through the corridor and was amplified. I was woken several times at night. I complained, but little was done about it.

Clean rooms and food service
