I am staying at Coral Jubail Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
The biggest issue was the food. There are almost no proper Indian food options available. Most of the time, the only choices were plain rice with dal or plain rice with one vegetable. There was no variety, no proper Indian breakfast, and no balanced meal options. Considering that many Indian guests stay in Jubail, the hotel should seriously improve its food menu and include more suitable meal options.
Another major concern was the drinking water. The room provides only four 300ml bottles per day (just 1.2 liters total), which is not sufficient, especially in Saudi Arabia’s hot weather. If you need more water, you have to repeatedly call reception, and they send only two more bottles. Basic necessities like drinking water should not require multiple calls to reception.
Overall, the accommodation experience was not comfortable. Proper food variety and adequate water supply are basic hospitality standards, and unfortunately, they were not met during my stay.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their services for future guests.
