オーナーがとても親切でした。設備は古いですが清潔です。

ホテルには寝ること以上は求めない！そんな人にお勧めできるホテルです。 立地は空港から数キロの場所。悪くない。 部屋の中は二段ベッド二つとわずかなスペース。4人で泊まったが、全員同時にはキャリーケースを開けない。 やや不便ではあったが、室内は清潔、まったくもって快適であった。 この値段で快適な睡眠を確保できたので満足している。

My husband and I a long with our almost three year old stayed for one night , there was a couple of guys there loud as who set off a dog downstairs which led to our son waking up and not going back to sleep for a long time . Everything within our unit was ok apart from the beds , extremely noisy and uncomfortable infact my husband and I both woke with extremely sore backs which was great for my husband as he has just overcome a back injury and the bed was very very noisy Everytime you moved . probably lucky also that we bring out own coffee and sugar as the caddy had not been replenished properly.I will say though that we rung before checking in and the guy on the phone was very polite and friendly. Had it not been for the bed and the other very loud people we would have stayed a second night but sadly the bed we just couldn't have done another night on it .

A place to stay for the night.

Clean, basic motel. Large room with a kitchette. Near a McDonald's and some other restaurants. Short drive to Oamaru historic centre

Clean and spacious. We were very pleased. Only improvement would be better placement of power points.

Older property but clean and with full kitchen facilities . Bed also comfortable. Set back from main road so noise was not a problem. Short drive into town.

Really clean and modern, very spacious ! Central to historical part of town and lovely Public Gardens!

Cleanliness and presentation was exceptional I’ve stayed in many types of accommodation around the South Island and this motel was by far the best. Good price too liked that I could park right outside my downstairs studio

Liked the property for being able to go to the penguin colony at night. We thought we would have a bad nights sleep when we arrived and heard and saw the road however we were pleasantly surprised it wasn’t the case. I specifically said I would pay at property so when we arrived and went to pay the motel had already taken the money out of my account this accrued a surcharge which was why we weren’t paying that way. The lady tried to put the money back onto my account but she couldn’t. Maybe if someone says “pay at property” it should be left like that until guests arrive

The property was clean enogh but very dated. The water flow was very erratic.

Our ensuite room was very large but very outdated. The sheets and bathroom fixtures were clean but the flooring needed replacing or an extremely thorough cleaning. It had a full kitchen. Convenient to food and we walked to the White City.

It was ok for our 1 night. The room is dated but clean and functional. The mattress is old and not very comfortable. However everyone has different sleeping preferences when it comes to a mattress. No air conditioning. I would recommend for a short stay.

👍 Like my review! We had a 2 night stay at Midway Motel in Oamaru, New Zealand as part of our trek across the country. We chose the place due to its value including a 5 minute drive to downtown, free onsite parking, and walking distance to several eateries. The studio was clean and spacious with fast internet. The bedroom had a comfortable queen sized bed and twin sized bed with pillows and several outlets nearby along a television. The bathroom had an effective toilet, a sink with plenty of counter space, a standing shower, and amenities (shampoo, body wash, women's toiletry bag). The kitchen had a dining table and chairs, utensils, plates, bowls, pots, pans, cups, glassware, microwave, stovetop, toaster, kettle for drinks (coffee, tea, chocolate), refrigerator, dish soap, and drying rack. However, our stay was made uncomfortable when a female owner confronted us about photos and videos we uploaded onto Google Maps about the room, our request for an additional key, our feedback to Expedia about her comment that we were not an older couple when requesting a bottom room floor, and our feedback about the lack of cleanliness of the kitchenette items that should've been thoroughly washed. Although we explained our side of the story, we did not feel welcomed by them and had to raise the issue to Expedia. Given this, we would not recommend this place and don't plan to return.

This is a farm stylay type of accomodation. The room is self contained with a small fridge, closet, a queen bed, toilet and bathroom.

An older motel which has not been fully updated. However the room was very clean, the manager/staff friendly and w enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable bed. Good kitchen and bathroom. Needed a hairdryer.. if staying there ask for ground floor room as stairs difficult
