宿泊１日目の翌朝 午前8時前から近くの部屋の改修工事が行われ、騒音（はつり作業）のためノンビリ出来なかった なお、チェックイン時に工事の話しがなく、騒音についてもルームキーパーが認識していたが工事をストップすることはなかった フロントには私が直接クレームした（謝罪も受けた）

Quartos amplos, bem grandes e iluminados. Café da manhã muito gostoso. Um agradecimento muito especial ao Mathias que trabalha na recepção e foi muito simpático e atencioso, dando dicas de restaurante, o que fazer e conhecer. Mathias fala português, me senti acolhida.

O quarto é bem limpo. A equipe de funcionários é excelente. O café da manhã tem pouca variações de bolos e biscoitos. O ar condicionado é excelente. A localização também é ótima, pois é bem próximo a orla do Rio da Prata e também do Centro comercial e da praça da Intendência.

Hotel muito bom. Quartos limpos. Cama confortável. Chuveiro muito bom. Atendimento excelente. Café da manhã farto, fresco, muito bom. Ótima localização. Gostei muito.

The breakfast was excellent, communication with the hotel was very timely and they were very accomodating.

C'est l'arrivée qui est très problématique à cet endroit car le no de porte n'est pas donné avant et ils ne repondent pas au téléphone seulement sur wattsapp de plus les sugnaux cellulaires ne se rendent pas a la porte. Si un bon samaritain ne vous ouvre pas tant pis pour vous. À part ca c'est un endroit bien tenu, propre et vraiment mais vraiment bien situé. Et quand vous finissez par communiquer avec eux ils sont très avenants

Hotel in der Nähe der Altstadt, gut verbringen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Reichlich Auswahl beim Frühstück. Nur Sauberkeit der Teller und Gläser sollte verbessert werden.

Nice hotel with friendly staff in a great location. The rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast is of a good standard. Unfortunately I left an item of clothing behind and the hotel wasn't very helpful as they would not post it to me, even though I offered to pay the costs. I would have given a much better rating if it wasn't for this as it would show they were prepared to go the extra effort for guests.

Las habitaciones son amplias , el hotel necesita mantenimiento, como la zona de la piscina . En cuanto al desayuno nos encontramos que no tenían manteca … tampoco está en el exhibida en los mostradores

O quarto estava limpo, mas precisa de reparos, principalmente o piso que está bastante velho. A piscina também não é tão interessante quanto aparenta nas fotos e o café da manhã é bom, mas na extraordinário. Funcionários cordiais, tem vagas d garagem rotativas (o que foi muito bom) e é maravilhosamente localizado.

Excelente localização. Equipe super atenciosa. Café da manhã delicioso. Piscina e spa para relaxar.

Edificio muy antiguo, el cuarto amplio, el baño bien, buena ubicación pero el barrio es feo.

The staff were delightful, but too much of this property is just surface polish. Spotty wi-fi that leaves guests sitting in the hallways or having to go to the lobby just to connect. Superficial cleaning - rather than replace used glassware, they simply rinse it in the bathroom sink and stick it back. And a severe lack of electrical outlets - we had to unplug the lamps in the room in order to charge phones or a laptop. The neighborhood is "just okay" - it's not bad, but it's maybe a block or so outside of good. Breakfast was good, though they can be a little slow on restocking things that have run out. And having one saltshaker and one peppermill for the entire breakfast room seems a bit stingy.

I had an excellent experience. I want to commend the receptionist Thiago, who was very polite, professional, and attentive from the beginning to the end of our stay. For these reasons, we intend to return.
