スタッフの方々のサービスは大変よく、部屋も良く清掃されていました。

One of my friend’s room was not cleaned up when we check in. Overall good.

チェックイン後に渡された鍵は、いきなり使用できなかった。廊下は暗く、部屋がの場所が分からないくらいであった。プールは工事中で使用できなかった。バスルームの電源プラグが壊れていてドライヤーは机の前で使用した。 周りに何もないのでホテルでしか食事が出来ない。朝食は種類も少なく、オムレツは不味かった。

Hotel staff and room was good, but restaurant service was not too good. This is a problem with all Indian restaurants that they wait too long to bring food. They go by their own rules not what the customer wishes.

This hotel needs a massive update. Our room is very dated and old, there was garbage in the corner, where the curtains are, and this was not removed and it is in general need of a massive upgrade. This is not what I expected of the Le Meridien brand. Also, the reviews do not reflect the current state of the hotel.. I would not recommend this and suggest it is a three star at best. Also, the food was not great. We ordered pakoras for lunch and they were cold. Staff were nice but no one went out out of their way.

The pool was nice. But they were painting the floor by the pool so the smell prevented me from going to the pool Shower by the pool were not very nice Staff was not amways very responsive - had to ask several times for a towel and bathrobe Breakfast was great! Overall it’s a nice hotel Location is close to airport in a zone where there is nothing else. So takes min 30-40 min to get to town

Hotel was very welcoming, all staff were very attentive, polite and professional. I used the Gym and the pool, both were clean and not busy. Thanks for a great stay, will be visiting again in a few months.

Empty shower gel in the room. Hairs dryer comes off making it VERY inconvenient to plug back. Bad experience after a long tiring day

Hotel is dated, and rooms don’t feel comfortable due to condition e.g. Bathrooms have caulking that is dirty, luggage storage area smelt bad, furniture is stained/damaged. Additionally, I requested a non-smoking room, and after being taken by staff to three different rooms they all stunk of smoke. Food and restaurants at hotel are good. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here if you have mid-to-high standards.

Everything was satisfactory. They need to check the room and see if anything is broken and replace. The stand up showers are sinking in. Although I had paid the full amount before, they still try to charge me fully for the two night and they corrected it as soon as I noticed it. It should not have happened to begin with.
