Quarto limpo, aspecto de novo, silencioso e com atendimento excelente em todos os setores.

Súper céntrico, el hotel está sumamente cómodo y muy bonito y limpio

The room was nice with a good view. The staff was very helpful and was able to communicate in English which helps since I only speak a little Spanish. The room was almost too warm. We opened a window to cool it down although that let in some noise from outside.

La gente muy amable , solo mucho ruido adentro y los alrededores un poco feo

Hotel is good and comfortable, but there were some flaws that do not match the amount charged, such as: non-working safe (requested several times to be fixed which would only involve changing batteries and there was no service), damaged bathroom window lever, hairdryer burnt hair (however a separate dryer was provided which solved the problem), minibar with low refrigeration efficiency. Very good and diverse breakfast.

Por 384 $ es la peor habitación y Hotel en el que hemos estado. El desayuno fue deficiente, no puedo creer que se sirvan medialunas tan feas en Argentina.

The only thing I did not like were the pillows, too hard to the neck.

Great hotel, front desk staff Ema & Evelyn are fantastic, good food, comfortable & clean rooms!

We were given a room with a horrendous smell coming from the bathroom/sewer. Travelocity was on it and were able to get us switched to another room when we had no luck with the front desk. The carpeting, drapes and bed covers were all old, musty and stained. Carpet throughout property very heavily stained and worn.

Recomiendo totalmente el hotel. La habitación es muy buena, la calidad de la atención de los empleados y la ubicación es ideal. Queda cerca de todo para cenar, bares, etc. El desayuno es completo.

We had a comfortable stay. Breakfast really good. Hot, cold and lots of options. The bed could have been a little more comfortable. The front desk was polite and did speak in broken English. Which was a big help. Overall liked the stay

We were very happy with the hotel, room was comfy and warm, breakfast was plenty. 10 minutes walk from the port and main attractions.

Estadia bem normal! Os atendentes são quase indiferentes não fazem muita questão de interagir! Quartos limpos porém com lençóis bem gasto. Café da manhã razoável! Boa localização. Custo benefício é bem possível encontrar melhores opções com mesmo preço e boa localização!

Muy buen hotel, cèntrico y con TODAS las comodidades

friendly staff, breakfast was good but it was not as clean as I was hoping. Finding a hair in the bed and bathroom was not pleasing. But I have to say , when we complain about it they cleaned it right away.
