お風呂場が少し汚かった！

天井から水漏れしてホテルの対応はバケツのみ。エージェントに連絡すると言いながらホテルからは一言もなく最悪です。

部屋は日本の家より広いかというほどのコンド形式の部屋で、キッチンや洗濯機も完備、浴室二か所の他に独立のトイレも更に一つあり、家族もここに住みたいという程でした。他の部屋はわかりませんが、お勧めです。

The location of the property was in the middle of all attractions needed. Many places to eat and beaches. The rooms (2bedrooms, 2.5 baths) were amazing, just like an apartment. We will definitely stay here again.

It was such a lovely stay, everything was great and the staff re all friendly. Rooms are spacious, great views and location. The beds are super comfy. The dinner was great but I just wish the dinner options as it was a bit limiting for a long stay.

It was amazing stay

It was a pleasant stay and I would definitely use this hotel again but it is worth noting that the hotel has become quite dated and is in a need of a refresh. The staff were fantastic and very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

We have just returned from another lovely stay at Sheraton The Walk — our third visit, and once again we had a wonderful holiday. We did have a small issue with our room on arrival, as the room initially allocated was not the room type we had booked. However, after speaking with the team this was resolved, and once settled in we had a fantastic stay. What really makes this hotel special for us is the staff. It was so lovely to see familiar faces again, and to be remembered from our previous visits. A special thank you to Zakir at Speakeasy, who was always so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, Shaaban at breakfast for the lovely birthday cake and kindness shown to us, and Happy from security who was consistently helpful and greeted us with a smile every day. The marina views from our balcony were beautiful, the location is perfect for both JBR and the Marina, and despite the Dubai heat feeling like we were holidaying on the actual sun at times 🔥😅 we still had an amazing trip. Thank you again to all the team for another memorable stay — we look forward to returning again in the future.

My first visit to Dubai and I loved it and want to go back. Loved the room, staff were excellent, competent, polite and helpful.

Rigtig godt hotel som ligger super centralt i forhold til strand og Dubai Marina. Rigtig hjælpsom personale.

Room was clean, staff were helpful. Hotel location was brilliant as it is right by the walk with access to hundreds of shopping places and restaurants. Lots of entertainment nearby too such as golf, football, spas as well as convenience stores.

Spotless rooms. The two bedrooms apartments are spacious. Great balcony. Recommended with the partial sea view. Breakfast really needs to up the ante on taste. Lifts are poor in service and being on a high floor means a min wait of 8-15 mins. Staff very courteous in the reception but the buffet breakfast staff is all over the place.
