学生男一人旅で4泊利用しました。 メトロのSol駅から徒歩5分くらいです。王宮側にもプラダ美術館側にも歩いて行けることができ、立地は文句なしです！ しかし、問題点もかなり多かったです。 まずは見つけにくいこと。ヨーロッパ式の4階に受付、部屋があります。なので、建物上部にある看板を見つけたら(少し小さいので良く見てください)その下の入口から中に入ります。入口のドアに鍵が掛かっていた場合は、壁にインターホンが付いていますので、ホテルの階のボタンを押します。その後、エレベーターか階段で4階まで登りドア横にあるボタンを押すとスタッフがドアを開けてくれます。 私が利用したときは、スタッフが英語を使えず予約完了メールを見せると困った表情をされました。「2泊目から部屋が変わります」となんとか英語で伝えられました。初日の部屋は少し清潔感がないものの、問題のないレベルだったのですが、変更された部屋がひどかった。まずはWi-Fiの電波がほぼ入らない。シャワーを浴びると、違う排水溝から水が逆流してくる。前に使っていた人の食料が冷蔵庫に入っている。しかも、なくなっている分を翌日に払わされそうになった。など最悪でした。ただダブル部屋は問題なかったので、2名で利用する分には大丈夫じゃないかな…多分。

入り口は多少迷います。小さなエレベーターや急な階段を利用してホテルに入りますが慣れれば大丈夫です。4泊しましたが立地はとても良く、繁華街には殆ど歩いて行けます。スタッフや掃除の方は英語は殆ど話せませんが、ジェスチャー等で何とか伝えられます。金庫はあっても金庫の鍵がない部屋があるので、その点が難ですね。こじんまりとした部屋ですがカーテンもベッドも色が統一してあったり、冷蔵庫もあり、別に不具合はありませんでした。受け付けや部屋の木彫感が綺麗でした。 私はスペイン語は全くわからないのですが、最後に片言のスペイン語でお礼の文章を紙に書いて渡したら、手を握ってとても喜んでもらえました。 一つのビルの中に階に寄って何個かホテルが入っている、典型的なヨーロッパのホテルですが、この値段でそこそこ満足いく滞在ができたと思っています。せっかくスペインに来たのだから、大きな各国に名前の知れたホテルに泊まるより、この様なホテルに泊まるのも素敵だと思いますよ。

Excellent location, small room but clean and it has everything that you need. The only thing is those small bugs on the bedsheets. They are tiny and walking on the bed. It seems that they don't bite.

The Hostal is situated in the busy Centro area of Madrid. Museums, Retiro park, Old Town, great dining and Flamenco is all nearby and what is not close enough to walk to is easily attained by nearby mass transit. I would highly recommend this Hostal for your stay in Madrid.

Very pleasant stay at this Hostal. Kind and helpful staff, clean towels and a made bed every day. Very good bathroom, and peaceful at night. Would recommend to anyone. Muchos Gracia Senoras!

The apartment was centrally located. It's a small hostile but it does have a private bathroom. It is a bit overpriced for others in the area.

The entrance is a bit tricky. Look for the only stone archway on the facade of the building and enter there. Walk down the small hallway to the end and ring the front desk from an old intercom. They'll buzz you in and then take the elevator to the 4th floor. They'll buzz you in to the hostel entrance when you get to the 4th floor. Nobody spoke English but we found that the front desk is always staffed so you'll be able to get into the property at any time day or night. We had zero problems in this regard. You're within walking distance of Prado, 10 minutes. There are a many, many restaurants and things to do near by. I would stay again without hesitation.

Es un hostal muy bien ubicado y de precio razonable para lo que es madrid las habitaciones extremadamente pequeña para ser doble tenía sensación de agobio ,es bastante antiguo aunque limpio está poco insonorizado se escucha todo lo que ocurre al rededor el personal es muy agradable , la situación es muy buena a pocos metros está sol , al rededor tienes muchos bares y restaurantes
