No habian toallas en las habitaciones. La recepcionista hizo un gran esfuerzo por conseguirnos dos toallas limpias (eramos 3 personas). Las habitaciones son bastante simples, diferente a lo que se aprecia en fotos, El personal de la recepcion, seguridad y restaurante fueron muy amables. Al area de la piscina es agradable.

No hacen cambio de toallas, la ropa de cama y toallas deterioradas en el baño no había shampoo y la televisión se encendía sola, el jardín es precioso pero en las habitaciones nesesitan mejor mantenimiento mucho polvo en los sofá de la habitación el menú no es variado

Overall a pleasant stay. The property is beautiful and is well located for the side of town it is on, and is on a safe street with 24/7 security. AC is cold and shower gets hot. Bed was not the most comfortable and there is only breakfast and you get what you get, no options. They do allow day passes so if you want something more quiet and private, the weekends here are busy. However we probably won't stay here again because there are other options nearly half the price that have the same amenities plus food all day.

El desayuno es muy bueno sin embargo si se pudiera servir hasta las 9:30 am seria mejor. El personal muy atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes. Uno de los días de estancia la piscina estaba apagada

Primero que el personal que queda en la noche le falta capacitación para atender, no saben de las reservas a la hora que uno llega al hotel, lo tienen esperando hasta que revisan si hay la reserva y los cuartos sucios y las almohadas nacidas y sucias muy mal aspecto para mí fue pésimo el servicio.

Condicion de las habitaciones muy buena, buena señal de wi fi , el personal muy colaborador para una buena estancia

Pour le prix de la nuitée, il manquait de l’eau chaude dans la douche . La chambre était parfaite avec balcon donnant sur la piscine.

The staff were lovely especially reception. Breakfast was ok. It seemed to be in an area that didn't have much especially if you didn't have a car. The room was very basic and a very scruffy dirty area at the bottom of the stairs.

The check-in process was complicated. Despite providing the reservation number and showing screenshots proving that everything was already paid, they didn’t believe me as a customer and left me waiting for 30 minutes.
