部屋はコンパクトながらも快適。清潔で気持ちがいい。ただ部屋でwifi が使えない。 使えるというのでこのHotelを選んだこともあり、フロントでは快適に繋がりそのまま部屋に持っていくと繋がりにくくなる。 立地はとてもよく、歩いて城壁まで5分ぐらいで行けるので、夜の城壁を見に行くのは便利。

Es la segunda vez que vamos a este hotel, para visitar Carcasona. El hotel es pequeño pero confortable. Nuestra habitación la 375 tiene una hermosa vista al castillo . El hotel dispone de un estacionamiento privado que es muy útil si se viaja en auto. Lo único que les sugiero es agregar un pequeño frigo/bar en habitación para que sea perfecto. El hotel ofrece un desayuno con productos muy buenos y el personal es muy atento. Lo recomiendo.

Bon séjour bien placé dans la ville, le personnel très sympathique, chambre propre, il manquerait un petit frigo en chambre. très bon petit déjeuner servi à table. Petit bémol la piscine assez petite et l’eau est trouble.. hôtel agréable

Très bel hotel

Nous sommes arrivés le matin du 14 juillet et avons pu nous garer sur le parking de l'hôtel de suite. La personne à l'accueil est très aimable et souriante. Dès que notre chambre a été prête, elle nous a averti par téléphone. chambre très propre et literie confortable. Petit déjeuner servi à table copieux et varié. Nous recommandons cet hôtel et si l'on revient sur Carcassonne c'est là que nous ferons une halte

Siamo stati benissimo in questo hotel, in particolare abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità immensa del personale, l'eccellente colazione con prodotti locali, la piscina in quelle giornate così calde! L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione per raggiungere la citè in qualche minuto a piedi, ha un parcheggio chiuso ed a pagamento all'aperto con un buon prezzo, letti comodi.

We had an awesome stay, and extended our room x1 night, as so convenient to attractions in Carcassonne, and also the train station. The staff are very kind and helpful, as well both able and willing to speak English. Rooms modern and beautiful, in a very old city. Breakfast amazing. Pool great. Business area, large and bright. Wifi works well.

The staff,pool,parking…..we’re alll super. The only thing I would change would be the shower head which was more suitable fora bigger shower

I would have liked to be able to have tea and coffee in the room however the bar was good and easily accessible. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and good value. The staff could not have been more helpful

Great little quirky hotel, nice friendly staff good location for medieval city 👍. Tea and coffee facilities would have topped it off.

Personnel très agréable, bon petit déjeuné avec produits de bonne qualité. Le seul point négatif est lié à l’odeur de peinture fraîche dans la chambre qui était quand même assez forte et dérangeante.

Fantastic location,decor ,views, catering

L'hôtel l'Octroi était fermé pour la saison (en travaux) nous avons donc était relogé dans un autre hôtel Montmorency. Très bel accueil, très belle chambre superbe équipé et très bon cadre. Et d'ailleurs, nous recommandons cet hôtel Montmorency.

Les plus : l'hôtel était propre, le personnel très aimable, la chambre confortable (nous avions une tres grande chambre familiale), le petit dejeuner copieux et frais (il pourrait y avoir des fruits). Les moins : la chambre meriterait un rafraîchissement (plafonds et une infiltration d'eau dans la chambre)
