What impressed us was how clean it was. We were a family, and our one-year-old daughter was also comfortable. They had freshly baked bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, and other buffet-style items that were very satisfying. The lady in charge of breakfast loved children, and they were very happy. The location was convenient, about a five-minute walk from Piazzale Roma.

VCEからバスでヴェネツィアIn、FSでoutしたので、バスターミナルと駅から近く、便利だった。 看板が出ていないので見つけにくいが、クリーム色の建物を目指すと良い。 周囲は静かでゆっくり休めたが、街中にはややはずれている分、マメにホテルと街中を行き来するのは少々面倒。 朝食はフロント前の小さなスペースで摂れる。 パンにハム、チーズ、茹で卵、スプレッド、ジャムやハチミツ類、シリアルなどにヨーグルト。 バスルームは水の出、水はけ共に問題無し。 冷蔵庫もあり、中の飲み物類は有料だが良心的な価格。 リネン類も清潔。エアコンも良く効き、猛暑の中快適に過ごせた。

Room was really big as well as bathroom good size. Very easy and convenient check in. We came really late evening and there was no problem. Prefect location , from the first moment you will feel like you are in real Italy.

Beautiful cozy hotel. Rooms beautifully decorated. Continental breakfast option was great value €8 Davide and his crew were amazing from start to finish. Great value, Great atmosphere and id happily recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟

This place was fantastic! Close to the train and easy walking to main sites. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was also a delight with fresh caffe.

Very nice well maintained property with a very friendly and helpful staff! The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It’s a little tucked away but wasn’t hard to find with our phone’s walking map.

Nice little hotel, but extremely expensive for the very basic room. Woman serving breakfast was very seeet and kind. Good location to walk to the airport bus at Piazalle Roma (8 minutes, only 3 bridges)

Nice quiet area, very helpful staff, convenient walking and access to land transportation for getting to Marco Polo Airport - just an easy five minute walk.

This is a somewhat dated hotel inside, but very comfortable and clean. Breakfast provided is good, the staff are very nice and helpful. The best thing about this hotel is the location, it’s a short (10 min) walk to train station, which is important because walking thru Venice with bags can be difficult. I would certainly return and recommend this hotel.

Estaba asustada por las recomendaciones anteriores pero mi experiencia fue maravillosa. Encontrar el hotel fue como encontrar cualquier cosa en Venecia. Si bien no es lo más sencillo (nada es sencillo de encontrar en Venecia) nosotros llegamos ahí a la primera. Una vez ahi nos permitieron dejar las maletas para ir a disfrutar Venecia. Su ubicación es súper buena porque está muy cerca de Piazzala Roma y ahí justo te deja el autobús del aeropuerto o el tren si vas a un crucero. Una vez que dejes las maletas estás listo para caminar por Venecia (Me alegró no tener que caminar por la ciudad con el tumulto y los puentes cargando maletas). La habitación estaba impecable, conserva el estilo de Venecia. Las camas me parecieron cómodas y con mucho espacio. El personal era maravilloso también, simpático y servicial. Encontré mucha atención a los detalles. El desayuno fue genial. A pesar de que llegamos tarde nos atendieron como reyes con comida de calidad y casera. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Espero volver pronto a hospedarme en este hotel.
