総合評価とレビュー Hilton Hangzhou Qiandao Lake Resort

とても綺麗で良いホテルでした。 しかし、ホテル内のトイレが少なく、売店が無い（飲み物を買いたかった）事が不便でした。

立地が良く、風景がとても綺麗ホテルでした。 中心部から少し外れているため、静かで良い所でした。 普段仕事の疲れを忘れさせ、とても良い休みになりました。

景色もよく、プールと湖の眺めがよかったです。周りには何もないのですが、ホテルだけで結構楽しめました。夜のビュッフェも200元とかなりお手ごろでした。しかし、お手ごろなせいか、ローカルの人たちが結構いて、騒がしく、テーブルなど汚れていたのが気になりました。

Booked 2 rooms with breakfast included staffs at The reception said booking was made for NO breakfast. Showed them my wotif booking which clearly says ‘Included amenities: Free breakfast’, they didn’t understand the meaning…

前台服务生需要再提高。晚上10点后就不要送水果了，附送的水果刀根本切不了苹果皮，就算了吧！

Wonderful hotel. Amazing views of the lake, very good breakfast with a good mixture of Western and Eastern choices, nice outdoor pool (indoor not as nice). Happy to find such a place relatively close to Shanghai. The floor manager Stanley was really helpful and friendly as were all the staff. Be aware that the cheaper lake view rooms may be near a main road that makes being on the balcony less enjoyable. The grand lake view rooms are quiet though. The food selection and drink selection is not as wide as in Hilton's elsewhere in the world, but for the situation of the hotel I was content enough with what was on offer. Be sure to take the boat trip out to the cable car for a postcard view of the lake.

当天打滴滴都打不到…不开车有点不方便

Beautiful place but it was very slow for July. None of the restaurants were open. Finding English speakers was hard. There seemed to be no activities going on besides going to the pool. Ordering room service was super hard because of the non English speaking.

带着老人和小孩一起来，选了希尔顿到黄山尖的游艇，看到了全景，省的去挤热门的景点，其他时间都在泡酒店，小孩子在儿童乐园，老人打打乒乓球，总体来说就休闲，满意

環境非常幽靜，很適合放空的度假行程

整體而言都好滿意，酒店staff very helpful ，美中不足係自助餐水凖不理想（但收費不高），以五星級酒店以言，房間收費算便宜，下次都會選擇住這裡。

Nice view with warm staff. Had a small issue with Yiping Ge overcharging dinner bill, but was solved quickly. Overall it was a nice stay.

前台的服务糟糕，两个订单各订了一间房，三点多去前台check in,结果被告知只有一间房，另外的房间需要现打扫，当问需要什么时间能拿到房卡时，前台显得很不耐烦！最后在四点四十分左右拿到房卡，我想即使一个快捷酒店在这方面都会比他们做的好吧！游泳池的接待也会有点让人觉得戒心太重，可能是地理位置好，平时去那边参观的游客太多了吧。总之，我现在知道了为什么它的评分在hotels.com上为何比千岛湖洲际低了那么多了，就是服务体验问题

酒店周围的环境很好，室外泳池很棒，面朝千岛湖。我订的是湖景套房，酒店经理帮我升级了豪华套房，非常感谢。服务也很贴心，一家人带着宝宝，基本上就在酒店里度过了这次旅行。如果下次再来，还会选择希尔顿。

家人朋友一起去的，酒店很不错，度假很合适！

预定的时候看见酒店的房型是有浴缸的，但是入住的时候没有浴缸，房间说是五楼，但是就是在大堂那一层的，隔音不太好，走廊的声音一直听得到很吵。餐厅的餐除了批萨好吃之外，其他的真的太难吃了，建议大家真的别去那家三楼餐厅。
