ロビーやフロントが無く、一階のバーのカウンター横にノートパソコンが一台置いてあるだけの非常にカジュアルなホテル。最初は戸惑った。スタッフは若者でフレンドリーで親切。日本のビジネスホテルよりは少し部屋は広い。食事無しの値段を考えると少し高いと思った。場所はストリートカー乗り場の斜め前で便利。ダウンタウンにも歩いていけるので便利。

Cheap and cheerful! Clean, very helpful staff, good location to downtown government offices.

Rooms need an update. Furniture was old and worn. Carpet was frayed at seams. Moisture damage and swelling on both sides of window sill. Ridiculous setup of bed in center of room. Very inefficient use of space.

Check in and out, super simple. Friendly staff and awesome bartender. We’re loved our room… spacious and great view!

Room was basic but had everything you needed. Bar and Restaurant were very good. Would recommend staying here 10/10

Great location and really appreciate the staff. Room was exactly what we needed and booking was a good value all around for us

The only thing not excellent about the property condition was that we struggled with the lock and door handle of our room. Mostly this turned out to be that the door was really stiff and you had to push hard. But it was evident that others had struggled with the lock also.

The hotel is charming and very conveniently located. On my last stay, the staff was incredibly accommodating in terms of extending my reservation as well as meeting all of our requests. Recommended.

Spotless, inviting room. Friendly staff

Room was clean. Staff were all super helpful and friendly. Location was amazing- lots of good food options nearby. Only issue was the AC / heat was super loud! In the middle of the night the fan would turn on and wake me up! And of course there was no way to turn the fan off without shutting the heat off (which isn’t good when it’s -20°C). Bring earplugs.

The room was spotless, big room, spacious and comfortable bed. The restaurant downstatirs is delicious and great staff. Will definitely be back here again!
