Fantastic location for the event i was attending. Close to local shops, pubs & cafes. The hotel staff were polite, very warm, welcoming, accommodating & friendly - a totally lovely experience. Would highly recommend to family & friends. The hotel can only accommodate able body individuals..... no wheelchair access and no facilities Re: lifts The stairs are narrow in places

We loved our room and was pleased to be able to check in an hour earlier as we needed to be at a wedding

We let the hotel know we are arriving late but the whole hotel look deserted. Rang the hotel 's number a number of times but it was just a recorded message. The manager of the next door 's restaurant helpfully rang the private number of the hotel manager but no reply. We paid for one night stay, yet didn't get the accommodation nor was the paid money returned. In addition I had to find an emergency accommodation very late evening. Just as well there is a well known hotel chain around the corner with 24/7 reception.

Lovely Victorian hotel! Food was great and staff very friendly.

Very hospitable and helpful staff. The bed was excellent 👌. While parking is off site easy to access and payment arranged thru the hotel at £10 per 24hrs

Clean

Staff were very helpful and friendly but the hotel needs a refurbishment. Our room was small, pokey, very cold and very noisy overlooking the busiest roundabout in TW. Bed was comfortable and clean. Hand soap whilst a good brand was watered down which shot everywhere, and ran out after the first day and wasn’t replenished.

Hotel is lovely. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfy. Only negative is the bedding was stained and so was one of the towels.

I had such a wonderful stay! Beautiful hotel - room was excellent, staff were incredibly friendly and my room was excellent. Will absolutely stay here again when I’m in Tunbridge Wells!

An absolute gem of a hotel, super friendly staff, beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, excellent food. We had a lovely overnight stay and appreciated the closeness to parking and the lovely Pantiles area.

The room facilities are terrible. No shelves for clothes. Ridiculously bad sofa bed, that made every after a nights sleep worse!

Very spacious room with all that was required to have a relaxing break. Extremely comfortable bed, gorgeous bath and refreshing shower. Plenty of tea and coffee. There was some outside noise, but we fully expected that when booking a high street hotel on a main road, and it certainly didn’t detract from our stay. Definitely stay again and would spend more time in the hotel, where this time we went to explore the town
