総評：最悪 立地：メディナの中にありタクシーでは行けない。途中までタクシーで行き、そこから徒歩５分くらい歩いて迷路のようなメディナを彷徨いホテルを見つけないといけない。スーツケースでは無理に近い。タクシー代などを考えるとほかのリヤドのほうがいい。 スタッフ：とても優しいスタッフもいる。だが上の人は典型的なモロッコ体質。やたらツアーを進めてくる。 設備：部屋は想定内のモロッコクオリティー。快適ではないが頑張ってる感は出てた。エアコンはリモコンがなくてついてるだけ。（７月だったからめちゃくちゃ暑い）海外のホテルで照明が暗いのは慣れてるがここの照明は暗すぎてＰＣのキーボードが打てなった。 料金：結局エクスペディアで支払った額の倍以上追加料金を払った。市税、清掃代、エアコン代、朝食代など。。。これはちょっとやりすぎ。ホームページのホテル説明のわかりずらいいところに追加料金の説明が書いてありぼったくりのように感じた。エアコン代払ったのに暑いし。。。シーツは交換されてないし。。。 その他：ホームページの写真に偽りの写真が掲載されている。「ホテルからの眺望」「屋上のプール」などそんなのないし屋上は壁で覆われて何も見えない。

The room is good and staff is kind. The hotel locates in the medina, so you can get to souk and the place of Funna by walk. However, it is difficult to approach the hotel for yourself. So you'd better research the way to the hotel or make the stuff pick you up .

スタッフは英語、仏語、西語が堪能で接待がいい。朝食付きで、共有スペースでくつろいでいるとドリンクを出してくれる。快適に過ごすことができるものの、スタッフが何度か砂漠ツアーを進めてくる。Wi-Fiは共有スペースに行かないとなかなか繋がらない。スークを抜けるか大通りを通らないとたどり着けないので夜はリヤドに行くまでが少し危険。アメニティは揃っている。

指定した日にちで一番安価だったリヤドです。 安宿に泊まってたのをツアー帰りにリヤドとゆうを試したく予約しました。地図に弱く、方向音痴なため、前日に確認のため探して歩きました。何回いっても迷いそうになるスークは迷路です。 宿には英語の話せる愛想のよい、ツアーなどの担当している人と話せないフロントの人がいました。 部屋は床はタイルばりで電気のつかない照明もあり、シーツかえてくれているのか、髪の毛や小さなごみもついてました。コンセント差し込みは2カ所、シャワー、トイレと部屋の仕切りはカーテンのみ。ただ、夜はとても静かになるのでゆっくり眠れました。wifiはフロントから中庭で拾えて、部屋でも使えました。 クレジット払いをしていましたが、市民税だと、一日50DHとゆう高額を払わされました。フナ広場からは歩いて10分程度。 朝ごはん着き、キッチンの冷蔵庫が夜は23時前くらいまで使えます。リピートはしないと思いますが、ゆっくりされたい方は一度試してみてもよいと思います。

良かった点は、部屋の清潔感、スタッフの対応、部屋の設備など。不便を感じた点は、初めて行くにはわかりにくい場所にあること、ホテルへの電話がつながりにくいこと、Wi-fiがホテルのフロントデスク近辺でのみ利用可能であること。

モロッコへ行ったからにはリアドに泊まろう、フナ広場へ歩いて行ける立地、を念頭に選びました。ただしこのリアドに自力で到達するのは困難です！タクシーも入れませんので、一番近い通りまでリアドの人に迎えに来てもらいました。確かにフナ広場へ歩いて10分ほどで行けます。但しその道のわかりにくいこと！行きは良い良い、なのですが帰りは決まって迷い、倍以上の時間をかけて戻りました。でも、昼、夜、深夜と2日にわたり３回フナ広場とを往復して、マラケシュの迷宮を楽しんだと思えばこれも良し。トイレ、シャワーつきの部屋を予約しましたが、トイレ、シャワーの場所にドアがありません！夫婦での滞在でしたから良かったですが、気になる方もいるのでは。

Never again is all I can really say . I wanted to get the Moroccan experience but I will never stay in this riad again . Next time I will rent an apartment or stay in a hotel . When I first got there things were fine but it quickly changed . The room was extremely cold . Shower barely got hot I’m anemic so I literally slept with my clothes on . Breakfast was mediocre literally the same thing everyday . Staff ( well one particular employee) was extremely shady . Constantly knocking at the door even after I said I was going to sleep. I traveled alone to Morocco doesn’t mean I want to get harassed . I traveled alone for the past 2 years but I never felt as uncomfortable. The employee constantly asked if I liked him even though I told him no we’re just cool I barely know you . He would try to pressure me into to doing things that I said no to. He wouldn’t take no for an answer . I had to literally start ignoring him . He seen me talking to a guy outside the riad and screamed at me telling me not to talk to him as if he was my boyfriend or husband . I didn’t know this man from a can of paint literally . It was just overall not a good experience. I was supposed to leave on the 29TH but with the border shutting down I was stuck in morocco.The owner did accommodate me ( with payment of course ) but I do believe he was dishonest . At the end of the day it was just about the money . The only reason I did not leave the riad is because other riads in the area were in worse conditions .

We stayed for 1 night, and that's more than enough. First the manager is a crook. Yes there are extra fees, however the manager demanded nearly double the amount listed on Expedia. We showed him what was on Expedia, and he said no and demanded more money. The other staff members were helpful when we needed something. As for the room, it was on the 1st floor. TINY!! There was no hot water, the water in the shower didn't drain. Sink pipe was leaking. And yes, there was a big spider, in that bathroom. So stay away, that manager rips you off and he could care less about any prove you have. Spend your money elsewhere.

Wish there was air conditioning, what I did like was the staff and how helpful they were .

Es un lindo lugar pero le falta mucho mantenimiento. El personal muy bueno y atentó. El dueño Ramone deja mucho que desear nos engaño con unas excursiones

No nos alojamos en este hotel,nos cambiaron de hotel nada más llegar sin confirmar dónde estaríamos. Muy mala gestión de la reserva.

Accueil parfait aux soins des clients, bon rapport qualité prix

L'accueil est très sympathique mais demander bien une chambre a l’étage , plus lumineuse et plus confort.

Publicité mensongère, les photos annoncées n’ont rien à voir avec la réalité, jacuzzi non opérationnel, chambre sans placard, confort très sommaire et draps sales. Luminaires cassés, sols sales, vraiment un Riad d’escrocs...Frais exorbitants de ménage à régler sur place, je ne recommande surtout pas cet établissement et il n’est même pas digne d’apparaître sur Expedia. Pas de clim ni de télé même en payant !! Pour preuve les mauvais commentaires sur les autres sites de réservation, fuyez ..

Ce riad doit être exclu de votre carnet d'adresse. Les promesses du site internet ne sont aucunement réelles. La piscine est en réalité un jacuzzi gonflable, mis au rebus de part de sa vétusté, sa saleté et son non fonctionnement. Il vous sera compté 4€50 de ménage/jour/personne non effectué. Le patio est nettoyé sur 1 m2. Le personnel est en perpétuel repos, alité sur les coussins. Réclamer sera votre passe temps favori. La climatisation, "facturée", est hors d'usage. Comme ils disent, "ce soir, vous, dormir chaud". Bref, il existe une kyrielle de Riad...évitez le Riad Hannah.

Good location but the my room was stinct. No shampoo and just a bar of saop. Very noisy neiboughood.

L'albergo si trova in una posizione molto comoda, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza Jamaa el Fnaa. Lo staff è molto gentile e cordiale, al nostro arrivo ci è stato offerto tè alla menta e ci hanno dato indicazioni sulle cose da non perdersi. L'albergo ha inoltre convenzioni con diverse guide turistiche, e propongono una serie di tour della città e delle attrazioni nelle vicinanze di Marrakech a prezzi abbastanza vantaggiosi. C'è stata però una parte spiacevole: nelle condizioni di prenotazione, a fianco del pagamento, erano indicati i supplementi per le tasse di soggiorno e di pulizia, con indicato il prezzo a notte a ospite. Chiaramente l'indicazione non è messa in evidenza al momento dell'acquisto, e nella pratica al check in ci siamo ritrovati a pagare praticamente la stessa somma già pagata su Expedia. Per di più abbiamo riservato una camera tripla, e ci sono state invece date due camere divise e ci è stato richiesto un ulteriore supplemento per la seconda stanza. Sembrava quasi una presa in giro.
