車から降りた後の距離も近く、ブージュールド門まで徒歩10分弱で便利です。また宿泊自体も問題ありませんでした。ただ次の2点は非常に不満です。まず、事前にホテルから指定の降車場所に着いたら担当の女性に電話をすれば迎えに来てくれるとのことだったにも関わらず、その担当どころかホテルに電話をしても昼間の14時にも関わらず無応答でした。またチェックアウトの時間を朝9時と前日に伝えていたにも関わらず、処理できる人間がいない状態でしばらく待たされて、予約していたハイヤー会社との調整に難儀しました。

部屋も綺麗でスタッフの接客も行き届いていた。

朝食の場所がテラスで、とても気持ちが良かったです。

ブルー門からそば、車を止めて、路地に入って、左の曲がり、、（もう覚えられない）文字通り鍵のある館の扉をノックすると、、、すごい空間（吹き抜け）が広がり圧倒されます。中は（部屋によって違うでしょうが）リビングとベッドルーム、トイレを分かれており、寛ぐことができます、宿泊地した晩はあいにくの停電でロウソクの灯で過ごしましたが、暗闇で食べるディナーもまたオツなものでした。食事、マッサージ、ツアーガイドの斡旋などをフロントで頼むことができます。残念ながら翌朝出発が早かったので、朝食は味わえませんでした

Fijn klein Riad. Minizwembadje, maar voldoende om even op te frissen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en hartelijke ontvangst. Behulpzaam. Lekker ontbijt. Ook optie om te dineren. In de buurt vele mogelijkheden om uit eten te gaan. Na de drukke oude stad fijn om rustig in deze Riad te verblijven.

The staff was amazing. The receptionist Ikaram welcomed us with a cup of tea and invited us to wait in the garden. It was impressive to see how attentive she was with us while multitasking and helping other guests at the same time. She was so kind and responsive! The riad is in a great location — just a few minutes’ walk from the Blue Gate of the Medina. The area feels safe and quiet. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Totally recommended!

The hotel was in old city which is walkable but parking was tuff. The property was great and clean. The staff was great and very helpful

Stayed 3 nights and only had one with hot water. Excellent location. Heating system was not very good. Lovely staff but put my “needs to be refrigerated” medicine in the freezer so I had to throw out $1000 worth of medicine. breakfast was quite nice.

this was the first time we stayed at a Riad. the courtyard and the rooftop terrace are really nice. the location is very convenient, easy walk to the medina. the rooms are small. the bathroom is not ideal. the staff members are all very friendly and helpful.

Everyone at the Riad was warm, helpful, and exceptionally friendly.

Not up to 4 star rating. Many better Riads in the area. Not clean. Not much to eat for breakfast. We were asked to check out before 11am. No one helped to carry heavy luggage to go down from difficult stairs. Do not recommend this place.

Beautiful Riad in a great location. Excellent, attentive staff in a fantastic building made for a great base for our stay in Fes.

They are all so kind and friendly. I am looking forward to came back again
