フロレスの湖の付近ではいいホテルだと思いますが、フロレスのホテルの標準はあまり高いとは思わないが、このホテルは比較的良かったと思います。 最初にはいった部屋のエアコンの効きがよくないので部屋を変えてもらい、眺めの良い部屋でエアコンもOKの部屋に移動。部屋からの湖の眺めは素晴らしかった。シャワーの水量が少なく、湖の近くなのになぜなの？

Great stay

Muy bien Ubicado. Unas vista al lago hermosas. Accesible a Flores. Mi única observación es que más habitaciones deben poner letrero que indique a los huéspedes hablar en voz baja, tener volumen TV no muy alto, pues luego de las 11 pm uno quiere descansar. Por lo demás buen hotel y mi experiencia con la habitación contigua fue mala suerte.

Good location with Maya Mall nearby and Flores island a 10 minute walk or 2 min tuk tuk. Breakfast options were good.

Muy lindo el hotel, solo el personal es antipático y parece que tiene pereza atenderte. Aunque no haya nadie no vienen a entregarte el menú, u ofrecerte bebidas, tuvimos que ir nosotros por el menú e ir de nuevo para pagar porque se olvidan de las personas que están ahí

The room was terrible room 204 sink was loose, faucet keys weren't in great condition

Beautiful views from the restaurant, pool, and sitting area. Breakfast was plentiful and good. The place is clean and the staff is nice.

Location was perfect, staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Roomm was pretty rough shape.

Hotel bonito na beira do lago. Precisa de algumas obras. Restaurante precisa melhorar. Comida com pouca qualidade. Serviço de restaurante lento e pouco profissional. Atendimento no check in e recepção foi bom

Very clean everywhere . Great stay at reception but unfriendly at the breakfast. Beautiful common spaces. Quiet. A little issue with water pressure 1st day but better the next

The staff and common areas of the hotel were really nice. The room itself was fine, and relatively clean. Breakfast was good! It was pretty noisy, though, the walls are quite thin and I could hear every move my wall mates made.

Panoramic room is the best, on top floor with large windows on both sides of the room and overlooking the lake and the island. All other rooms with balcony will only have a lateral view and facing the hotel (shaping a U). Very nice staff, good breakfast, clean and comfortable. But unfortunately noisy from the street, from the island music live on week ends, and the party boat coming on the water (though no more than 23h/00h, which is late as you wake up early).
