清潔でした。交通の便もよく快適に滞在できました。美味しいシーフードレスランがたくさんあります。

とても清潔で過ごしやすかった。スタッフも親切でレストランの場所など丁寧に教えてくれた。

パトロナートの近くなのでこのホテルにしました。冷蔵庫もあり、ベットもキングサイズで、シャワールームも綺麗だし（シャワーは備え付けの固定式ではなく、ちゃんとホースがついてた）、ドライヤーもチリによくある備え付けのタイプではなく、ちゃんと大きくてパワーのあるドライヤーでした。ただ、外壁に付けてあるライトが夜でも煌煌と光っていてまぶしかったのと、カーテンが薄いのでその光を遮れなかったのが残念でした。朝食はちゃんとエスプレッソマシーンでコーヒーを入れてくれて、オムレツ（または目玉焼き）を注文してから作ってくれるサービスがありました。

Fabulous central location. Walkable to the most things. Staff were amazing! Great rooms and a stunning courtyard for breakfast

5 stars for the hotel, however 3 stars for the breakfast. A very cheap breakfast..

Es evidente que en algún momento el hotel era una alternativa. El hotel esta localizado en centro de la ciudad, la cual es un área insegura, de alta delicuencia y no viable para salir de noche.

the staff in breakfast very kind and great. the woman in recepcion very kind and great but the 2 guys where not great. when i complained about toilet not worked they did not even said i am sorry for that.

The staff was incredible. The area was convenient to several of our tourist sites. The neighborhood is lovely (aside from the graffiti) and the restaurants and bars a couple of blocks away are close enough to enjoy, but far away enough from the evening bustle of the crowds.

The hotel was well situated. Close to restaurants and shopping. All within walking distance. Rooms were very quaint and spacious however the floorboards, as beautiful as they were, did creak good breakfast and a beautiful outdoor patio with pool. Staff was amazing. Very helpful and personable, arranging tours and taxis for us from airport and to seaport.

O hotel é lindo, com camas confortáveis , banheiro agradeço. E uma aérea externa muito bonita! Café da manhã com poucas opções, mas com produtos gostosos! A localização do ir não achei segura . Há opções de restaurante nas proximidades , mas há tanta gente vendendo nas calçadas que gera um insegurança

Hotel interior and garden were great neighborhood was a little bohemian for my likes pool was too cold to be useful pool area was too shady to lay out and relax in sun.
