Room was clean ,reception staff were friendly and helpful , bar service and bar staff were good , food was lovely can't fault it lovely hotel would definitely go back again xxx

Great weekend away in our happy place staff so friendly best hotel in Blackpool

The breakfast and evening meals were excellent but there could be more options at lunchtime as there was only soup and one choice for a hot meal. I would suggest that there is a salad bar and sandwiches for lunch too as I would have preferred a lighter lunch.

Food was lovely all fresh .staff where brilliant breakfast was lovely everthing was lovely the only downside was would ha ebeen nice to havea couple of choices of different largers on draught only because thats mostly what i drink when having a drink that is otherwise everthing was brilliant defiantly go again

The room was clean. The pillows are awful.....Flat as a pancake. Shower really small. Booked all inclusive but when booking in the staff told us that there wont be any lunch (fish and chips ) on the Saturday even though they are advertising it in the brochure. I Found out later on in the evening that they refunded some people ten pound per couple for the dinner, when questioning this ,we were told we had to have booked before the 6th September for us to get the £10 bar credit. that there wont be any Saturda6 dinner be told

We had a lovely stay, staff very helpful. Food choice and quality wonderful, no queues at free bars. Good location, entertainment good. Rooms a bit tired though clean,but value for money unbeatable so can't be lots in the pot left for big refurbishment. Main areas fine though, second visit, would definitely return.
