主要なショップ街やサーファーズパラダイスへのアクセスが良く、無料駐車場を提供しています。 Wi-Fiも提供されていないとされているが、簡単な手順を経た後、無料で使用可能。全客室からオーシャンビューが可能と見られ、最も安い客室でもリビングルームの一方でオーシャンビューが可能。客室がとても綺麗な方ではないが、家族単位の旅行者にはまともな選択肢である。フロントが早期に閉鎖された場合は戸惑うことがあります。車を持って行く場合、まず1階に入場した後、チェックインをして鍵を受け取れば地下駐車場の指定された場所に駐車が可能。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、再訪問医師がいます。

This is an old apartment and a bit worn out and matured, the thing that make it better is the view to the ocean. Its spacious and it has everything that we need to stay, it has washing machine, dish washer, dryer microwave, stove and everything else. It can be very cold in winter months and the air conditioner at maximum helped a bit to heat up the living room, but not the bedrooms. It is chilly in the bedrooms. Water heater is only good for showering, but when you use for bathing in bath tub, it will turn cold. But aside from all those negatives, we wer quite enjoying it.
