部屋は天井がとても高くひろびろとしておりお洒落でロマンティックです。 シャワールームがとても広く、これだけ広いならバスタブを置いて欲しいと思ってしまいました。恐らく全室シャワーのみです。 二階のレストランもクラシカル高級感があり良かったです。朝食はメニューがあるわけではなく、自分好みのアラカルトを注文するスタイルでした。 チェックアウトは本来12時ですが、約2時間延長させていただきました。 ただ部屋の備品にスリッパとあるにもかかわらず探しても無かったのでフロントに伝えたら、「すぐに部屋に届けます」との返事だったのに来ませんでした。二回お願いして全く同様の回答&なんの音沙汰もないので諦めました。 また、チェックインでフロント係に部屋を案内してもらった際、バスローブが一着しかないことに気付き、無線で部屋にもう一着持ってくるように頼んでいましたが、それも来ることはありませんでした。

El hotel está súper lindo, y tiene unas vistas hermosas hacia la iglesia. El personal es súper atento y amable.

Staff were very polite and extra helpful. Room was very well stocked with amenities. Maid asked if we needed anything everyday. Very large room. TV, espresso machine, double balconies. Very good experience.

Beautiful architecture and fantastic location. It would be helpful to improve lighting in rooms and stairwells for safety as it was very difficult to see sometimes.

Beautiful boutique hotel in central location convenient to most sites. Nice clean spacious room. Wish there was more lounge areas for relaxing without spending at the bar or restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel and we will return.

Hubo fiesta de fin de año, nos cortaron la luz, tuvimos que pedir las bebidas de bienvenida previamente pagadas, mismas que no nos dieron; tuve que pedir mi botella de cortesía y me la dieron hasta que lo corroboraron, pésima experiencia, no lo recomiendo para nada!!

Worse experience of my life. Water line ruptured and heater not working. Staffed quite on New Years leaving the hotel unattended. Disgruntled employee shut off the power to the building. My vehicle was parked miles away and no one new where the hotel parked their customers vehicles.

Clean room and the staff is amazing.

The location is great and the staff was friendly. My room was nice but very dark. I left two days early but could not get a refund. I don’t think it is worth the money.

Loved Location and hotel was extremely elegant but cozy!

La comida puede mejorar en la calidad de las frutas y verdura el pan no es recien horneado . Ls comodidad de las habitaciones es buena mas sin embargo tuvimos problema con plaga de cucarachas y eso me quito el sueño pensar que al levantarme a obscuras pisara algunas o se metieran en la maleta de verdad sufri. Y la falta de estacionamiento. Todo lo demás bien las chicas de recepción muy bien 👍

Me parece precioso. Sin embargo el servicio es un poco triste, el restaurante caro y no tan bueno. El desayuno es lo mejor. El cuarto bonito, el carro bien guardado en un estacionamiento público. El centro, donde se encuentra el hotel, es precioso, limpio, ameno con restaurantes y todo lo que necesitas sin carro. A todo dar.

El hotel tiene una arquitectura muy linda sin embargo muchas fallas de funcionamiento, el A/C no funcionó adecuadamente, su teléfono tampoco, la habitación es muy oscura, el valet parkin tarda demasiado en llevar el auto, fue complicado conectarse a la red wifi

Amazing staff, extremely clean, and in the heart of downtown. I would definitely return to this beautiful property!!! Don’t even think twice if it’s available.
